Costruito nel 1867 a 523 N. Poplar St. nel quartiere di Fourth Ward, è l'edificio più antico dei quartieri alti. Come molte case, ha visto aggiunte e rimodellamenti nel corso degli anni. Resta occupato.
Il Carolina Theatre di Charlotte, nella Carolina del Nord, è uno storico cinema attualmente in fase di restauro per diventare un centro per le arti dello spettacolo e uno spazio per riunioni civiche. Il teatro è di proprietà della Fondazione no-profit For The Carolinas.

This was an excellent tour! Our driver was fun, personable, and incredibly engaging. He shared fascinating stories about his life, his fiancée, and his diverse career experiences, making the tour both entertaining and memorable. His knowledge of Charlotte, North Carolina, was impressive, and it was clear that he genuinely loves the city. His enthusiasm and storytelling made the experience even more enjoyable. Too bad it was rained about the first half of the tour. Highly recommended!

It was the perfect tour for my family, visiting from California and Canada! There were 10 of us on a 13 seater bus, it was very comfortable! Danny our guide was very cheerful and knowledgeable about the history and character of each building or site ! I highly recommend it, I wouldn't have known those sites, ( having lived in Charlotte for 3 years), if it's not for the very informative tour. Thank you!
