Questo tour enogastronomico è il modo perfetto per scoprire Verona, intrecciando storia, cultura e sapori in un'esperienza unica. Incontra la tua guida e il gruppo nel centro storico e immergiti subito nella mattina veronese. La prima tappa è in un caffè amato dai locali per la colazione tradizionale: Espresso e Risino, il dolce che da generazioni accompagna i risvegli in città. Passeggiando tra vicoli e piazze, la guida ti svela i segreti dei luoghi dove i veronesi mangiano davvero. Assaggerai polpette artigianali in un'Osteria storica, preparate secondo ricette tramandate nel tempo, poi ti siederai in una Trattoria accogliente per assaporare il piatto simbolo della cucina veronese: il risotto all'Amarone, con il pregiato vino della Valpolicella. Il viaggio continua in un'elegante enoteca, dove una degustazione guidata di 3 vini locali ti farà capire perché questa terra è celebrata nel mondo per la sua tradizione enologica. Ultima tappa? Una gelateria artigianale per chiudere la mattina con la dolcezza che ci vuole.

Segui la tua guida locale, vivi un'esperienza unica e, proprio come un vero locale, inizia la giornata nel modo giusto sorseggiando un autentico espresso italiano. È così che comincia questo viaggio culinario e, dopo una breve passeggiata nei pressi della maestosa Arena, ti addentrerai nelle autentiche specialità locali.
Dopo un inizio molto veronese, ti aspetta un classico aperitivo. Ti fermerai in una delle Osterie più tradizionali della città, dove assaggerai prodotti locali come la Soppressa, il formaggio Monte Veronese e i famosi cicchetti veneti.
Scoprirai poi gli aromi e le caratteristiche principali dei vini tradizionali del territorio, come il Valpolicella.
La tappa successiva ti farà venire l'acquolina in bocca: gusterai un piatto tradizionale e scoprirai alcune tradizioni culinarie locali insieme alla tua guida esperta. Proseguirai la visita nel quartiere gastronomico di Verona, dove si concentrano le Osterie e le botteghe più caratteristiche.
Infine, ti fermerai in una Gelateria storica per assaggiare un delizioso gelato artigianale che rinfrescherà il palato.

It was very informative (thanks to our guide Romina Origano). She was very authentic, cheerful, and made the trip enjoyable. You can tell she loves the city and the people in it. She was also attentive and kept an eye on everyone's needs. Italy at its best. Bravo! The food and drinks were well chosen and truly delicious! Romina was a friendly, engaging host who took us around Verona explaining lots of interesting facts and historical information. All the food and drink we had was absolutely delicious. A great way to sample some local delicacies whilst learning some history.

Our guide Alessandra was friendly, knowledgeable and the food/wine well curated. We stopped for coffee and pastries, meatballs, risotto, wine tasting and gelato. All lovely! We found out lots about Verona and the region.
