Mark, our tour guide was very nice and took great care of our group of 10 which included 4 children. Since we had been in the Niagera Falls area a couple days before this tour, we felt we really overpaid for the transportation to park, as we were staying right at park entry. and the two trips included in our ticket (44.00 total). That was about all the tour included for 114.00 apiece plus tax. If you are an independent traveler, skip this and just buy the tickets for Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds yourself. Niagera Falls State Park is very easy to walk on your own with the signage.

Niagara Falls had been on my bucket list for some time and it did not disappoint. We were extremely fortunate that my daughter and I were the only 2 people on the tour so it was like having our own personal travel guide. We were picked up on time at the designated pick up point. Richard was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he was helpful and flexible in what we wanted to see and do. The falls were amazing and mesmerising and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning. I can totally recommend and if you get Richard as your guide you will have the best time.
Niagara Falls is a bucket-list spot for a reason, and Richard clearly helped make your morning feel personal and unforgettable, it’s lovely to hear you and your daughter had such a special time by the Falls 🌊
The tour guide was wonderful and the falls are amazing. Be advised that if you go in the winter, many areas are closed, which is not clearly identified in the description of the activity. The guide does a good job of being upfront about that, but it is good to know going in.

Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend. Mark was a great guide and very insightful. He took his time and helped out with pictures and made the tour in freezing temperatures fun and exciting. Can’t go wrong booking this tour. Worth the money.

SCAM. DO NOT BOOK. WILL SCREW YOU!! Spent $450 to take my family on this & they have little to no communication, didn't provide meeting location or communication with the tour guide before hand. NEVER GOT TO DO THE TRIP & THEY STILL CHARGED ME!!
This was definitely a memorable experience and one I am happy to see and share with you. My guide picked me up right where I was to meet the transportation and he immediately got started on historic things I would see and tell me about the place and historic nature of the whole area. I enjoyed hearing native American history and how the evolution of time has made an impact on our whole country. The facts of how the Niagara Falls energy got started was something I won't forget, nor will I forget walking along the little islands that are in the state park. I was taken care of from start to finish, best part was I was the only person for the tour that day and it was not cancelled, like sometimes if the tour doesn't have enough people, they won't hold it. I had first class treatment and would definitely recommend. I also met another female who was a tour guide for the same company, and she was a delight to talk to as well. My day was special and I was dropped off at my hotel, was very happy I did the tour.
