Il Louvre: arte e amore mette in luce aspetti molto particolari di capolavori spesso trascurati. La storia dell'arte e della cultura è anche storia dell'amore, e l'amore si presenta in molte forme diverse. Questo tour esplora aspetti molto importanti e influenti ma spesso trascurati dell'Eros che è il BDSM (bondage, dominazione, sadomasochismo). Cerchiamo di gettare luce sulle forze che hanno creato l’arte occidentale, in particolare il cattolicesimo, il suo culto dei martiri e la venerazione del dolore. Ci immergiamo nella storia del vero significato di quale passione in modo da comprendere il contesto e la vera ispirazione dietro alcune delle più grandi opere d'arte mai create.

Itinerario
Ci incontreremo all'Arc du Carrousel tra il Museo del Louvre e i giardini delle Tuilerie per entrare insieme nel museo. Il percorso riguarderà una quindicina di capolavori conosciuti o meno conosciuti, per dare spazio e considerazione anche ad antichi maestri scartati dai principali percorsi turistici. La visita può concludersi all'interno del museo, in modo da lasciare liberi i visitatori di proseguire la visita da soli.

This tour was so inspiring and thought provoking, I was expecting something different from a general museum tour and it did not disappoint! It was so informative but also we were encouraged to discuss the ideas presented as well.
The Louvre is an overwhelming place and touring with Barbara was the best way possible to learn about the history of the Museum and its masterpieces. Not only Barbara brought us to see the masterpieces of the Museum, but also the less known (and crowded) areas. Definitely, something we would never have seen if not because of our guide! Do not hesitate: book this tour!
