Una delle piazze più famose di Roma - eppure, a volte i misteri si nascondono in bella vista! Condivideremo con voi i segreti delle chiese "gemelle" (ma sono davvero identiche?), dell'eco intorno alla piazza, e molto altro ancora...
Questa chiesetta, un vero gioiello nascosto di Roma, espone le catene che tenevano prigioniero San Pietro sia a Gerusalemme che a Roma - eppure, è diventata famosa per qualcos'altro : la spettacolare statua di Mosè di Michelangelo è qui, con una piccola particolarità... venite a vederla di persona!
La chiesa nazionale di Francia è pronta a mostrarvi i suoi meravigliosi capolavori - a partire dalla sua facciata mozzafiato (a pochi passi dall'antico Pantheon), fino alla Cappella di San Luigi (la prima Cappella interamente progettata da una donna!), e ai tre incredibili dipinti di Caravaggio della Cappella Contarelli. La Chiesa offre ingresso gratuito durante il giorno. Sapevate che questo antico tempio romano, pagano... è in realtà una Chiesa cattolica? E, ancor prima di tutto, quest’area ospitava un complesso sacro egizio...
Se doveste vedere se dall'alto, rimarreste stupiti dalla particolare forma di questa piazza - lo sapevate che è stato originariamente costruito come lo Stadio di Domiziano, e che le rovine sono ancora parzialmente visibili...?

This experience was super. Luisa is knock your socks off great . Not only can she drive in Rome, she can tell you about the history at the same time. She has magical parking karma , so if you are not a big walker no issue. The churches were over the top, Gothic, Renaissance, middle aged , and GOLD! a Michelangelo statue close up as well as Carravagios . The fiat Tippolino is the cutest car ever and cool , no AC needed. Thumbs and toes UP! No need to be catholic to enjoy this outing

This was a fantastic way to visit some of the most beautiful and important Catholic Churches in Rome. Our guide was fantastic and even slightly modified the original agenda so we could see another one of the Major Basilicas. Ours kids really enjoyed the golf cart ride too!

Our guide took us literally anywhere we wanted and delivered us back to our hotel. He was knowledgeable about the city, churches, and other experiences. Highly recommend!
Our guide name was Antonio and he was tremendous. Very familiar with the area and we saw a lot. Very knowledgeable about Roman history. Highly recommend.. one of our family members who was with us was an amputee. He was extremely helpful with her and made the trip that much better.

We had fun with Marco our guide. He made this Church tour very engaging and interesting! I would definitely recommend this tour to people especially if you want to take breaks from walking too much:) Golf carts can go through narrow cobblestones with ease:)

We were picked up at our apartment on time in a very comfortable golf cart. Because this is an "off the beaten path" tour, we were able to customize our trip. Our guide was knowledgeable and very nice (and easy on the eyes!) LOL. One of the best days in Rome!!!!
