Partenza dall'hotel con assistenza guida, recarsi all'ufficio cambio valuta per acquistare la valuta argentina necessaria per entrare nel Parco Nazionale Argentino, quindi sosta alla dogana dove i passeggeri sono tenuti a migrare alla dogana brasiliana (stranieri) e successivamente al Dogana argentina (tutti) Una volta iniziato il tour, ogni 30 minuti parte un treno per la parte superiore delle cascate. La prima tappa è il punto più tradizionale, dopo l'autobus o il furgone si attraversa il parco fino a raggiungere il punto di inizio dei sentieri e dei camminamenti; alla fine del sentiero si trova la Garganta do Diabo, la cascata più grande del parco. La cascata più grande del parco. La Garganta do Diabo è una passerella di 2080 metri che dà accesso a uno degli spettacoli naturali più belli della terra. Dopo una sosta per ammirare e assorbire tutta la natura e il paesaggio intorno, inizia la seconda parte del tour, chiamata Circuito Superior. Quando raggiungi la cima, potrai vedere tutti i punti più alti del parco. Se è una giornata di sole, guarderai uno splendido arcobaleno. Lì puoi visitare sei osservatori e spazi in cui puoi rilassarti e apprezzare il panorama.
Il Gran Aventura combina l'essenza del Parco Nazionale del lguazú: la giungla e le cascate in un unico percorso. Dal Centro Operativo (in basso) o dal Centro Visitatori (in alto), entrerai nella foresta lungo lo stretto sentiero Yacaratiá in unità progettate per quel particolare ambiente. Guide bilingue (spagnolo e inglese) aiuteranno a interpretare le loro ricchezze naturali e culturali del luogo. Questo percorso veicolare di 5 km culmina alla base della giungla del porto di Macuco.
Dopo essere scesi a 100 metri si raggiunge il molo, dove ci si può imbarcare all'interno della barca che risalirà 6 km dalle cascate e discenderà il fiume Iguassu verso la zona godendo di veloci cascate. Arriverete alla base del salto dei tre moschettieri e vedrete la serie di salti brasiliani e argentini, con la gola del diavolo che incorona la vista del canyon. Successivamente raggiungerai il culmine dell'emozione nelle impareggiabili cascate di San Martin, le seconde per dimensioni e più grandi di quanto una barca possa avvicinarsi. Dopo aver visitato questi salti, navigherai a valle di 6 km, di cui 2 km di rapide, per attraccare al molo di Porto Macuco. Da lì salirai per oltre 150 piedi di scale ripide fino alla fermata Macuco. Tornerai per un veicolo terrestre sul sentiero Yacaratiá agli uffici vicino all'Old Cataratas Hotel dove terminerà il tour. Quindi i passeggeri torneranno all'autobus che lascerà i passeggeri ai rispettivi hotel.

Very stunning sight. Vast rivers, vast waterfalls, such power in the water. Really beautiful experience. You will get wet by the Devils throat but can get fab pictures. We saw turtles, cappaburra, toucan, monkeys and coatis

The views are amazing and the path over the river is great. This is a different view you don't get from the Brazilian side. HOWEVER... the rest of the infrastructure and organization are dated and insufficient. They only accept pesos, it is quite more expensive than the Brazilian size, long queue to pay, crowded and disorganized, the boat rides don't allow under 12 (brazil I went with 7 year old) police stops you "tourists only payments" on YOUR WAY OUT (basically an extortion). Al the vices of Latin American countries in one. Basically: if you're adult on an organized/ guide tour, the views are TOTALLY worth it. If you're a family with young kids (12 or less) brazil is vastly better, except for the unique views of the garganta del Diablo.
We weren’t told there were 300 steps with no handrails for the boat ride and we were refused entry by the park staff so we couldn’t do the jeep ride either
It was a good tour and the guide was very efficient. If I had to do it again, I’d probably do the boat tour on the Brazil side where there is an elevator. Climbing 250 steps at the end of boat ride soaking wet was not super fun.

I did the tour on the Argentine side organized by Gray Line in November 2019. It was our first time in the park. Wonderful! The guide Fares Diaz was super attentive. Your experience and knowledge in the Argentine park helped us to enjoy the day in the best possible way! Amazing place!

<p>This was an experience of a lifetime and very emotional being at the falls ...makes you realise how insignificant humans are!!! It was a wonderful day. Got a bit concerned at Argentinian border but our guide was great and dealt with it all very professionally. There are normally no problems but you do have to check if you need a visa to go into Argentinia. Our guide was Josiane Lopes. She was brilliant and it was obvious she had a great love for this land. She was so knowlegable and so pleasant and so helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we got the most out off the day. The day had no problems at all. I felt a bit bad going on the boat under the Falls as local people also on the same tour could find this very expensive. It was a moving experience to go under the falls. The jungle tour guide was very good too as was our driver. Only problem some of the group despite being told when pick up from hotel was were not ready for an hour!! You have to be ready for the guides and other passengers!!! Respect. I would really recommend this day. Thank you Josiane for you patience and experience and Sarah the driver. <p>The falls get 5 stars - no doubt -- as does the boat ride. It is a must do. You will get soaked. Forget about a poncho. Just wear a swim suit or quick dry shorts and shirt. They'll give you a big bag to put all your stuff in -- including your shoes.<br/> I have used Viator several times and probably will again, but this tour is a rip-off. They advertise it as a guided tour. So they do indeed come pick you up at your hotel, but then they drop you at a souvenir shop for about 20 minutes before taking you on to the falls. You will likely be in a bus with people from everywhere so the translator will translate in English, Portugese and Spanish -- . That may not really matter because they don't tell you about the falls, or the flora and fauna, or the animals. They just show you on the map where you are and lead you around all day. Who needs a guide? I can read a map and if i get off on the wrong trail, there are plenty of people who speak English to help. If you don't take the boat ride, you will kill almost two hours waiting for those in the group that did the boat ride. You'll see a few falls, but you'll do a lot of waiting. This is true all day long. Simply grab a taxi from your hotel or rent a car and see the place on your own at your own pace. Oh, and the price includes the boat trip, but not the entrance to the park. </p> <p>Again, I usually think Viator is good, but this was a disappointing trip -- I thought I was getting a guide who would tell me things from the description on the internet, but all I got was someone to lead the group on the trails.</p>
<p>It was an amazing trip. The walk was amazing , very friendly guide. The boat is not to be missed . Only comment will be that the jeep ride shouldn't be made to be an event of actual part of the day. It is more just a drive back trough the forest. Further no comments. Great experience!</p>
