HUACACHINA: Private Can-Am UTV + Sandboard – Ica

We hated the day. Non-compliance with the timetables proposed in the programme. Poor handling of passengers. Without explanation, without details, no schedule (except before paying) The only meal offered is at our expense as indicated but in a place "catches tourists" where the dishes are expensive and in bad taste. No alternative because only one restaurant where the minibus drops you off. It must be an arrangement between the driver and the owner of the restaurant. Tasting Pisco ok but the guy insists that we absolutely buy, it was disturbing and insistent. Witches’ Park: the Welcoming not crazy and the park guide was in a hurry and spoke very very very quickly. The basic excursion is still based on buggy and huacachina: and well there at the end of the tour, the “guide” announces that there is only 20 min of buggy and 10 min of sandboarding and that you only have to hurry back after that because the excursion is over. Let's hurry. We do our buggy and sandboarding. We are all waiting on an old rotten roundabout because the guide did not give an indication of times or place. And then the driver doesn't come back. result, he arrives an hour and a half later. We had done 20 min of buggy, 10 min of sunboarding and 1h15 sitting on the ground on the roundabout. There was so much delay that we almost missed our bus to Nazca. A disaster from morning until evening this excursion. The guide/driver was not professional, punctual and unkind for a penny. To flee

I visited the City tour plus the buggies and Sandboarding and Spectacular!! I highly recommend it, with the Alexander Guide who guided us. Super recommended

This was a really great experience. If you are going to Huacachina it is THE THING to do. So fun!! Be prepared, bring a lot of sunscreen and make sure your feet are properly covered. The sand is very hot! We had so much fun we asked another driver to take us out to watch the sunset. This tour is a blast!!
