Huacachina : Desert UTV Buggy Ride e Sandboarding Adventure

I had the most amazing time on the dunes with go adventure. I am a solo traveler and booked a private tour all to myself (This was not obvious to me because trip advisor booking doesn’t let you add less than 3 people). I felt very well taken care of by the team. They answered all my questions via WhatsApp, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. My driver Yako was super amazing, he was very professional and I felt very safe during the whole trip! Yako was so patient and took 120+ photos/videos for me changing angles/lighting… and they ended up looking so great that my family asked if I hired a professional photographer! He went above and beyond when I showed him a picture on instagram, he immediately found a similar landscape nearby and took me there. It also seemed like the go adventure drivers coordinated on the stops they're gonna go to because other than the initial stop, which is the iconic one where you can see Huaccachina from the dunes, we did not run into any other travelers. It felt like I had the desert all to myself. This tour is more expensive than regular buggy tours, but the experience is 100 times better and well worth the money! (Small tip for fellow travelers, hire a tuk tuk for 10 soles to go to the office, it is only a 20 minute walk but the road is narrow and there’s not really a sidewalk + it’s really hot) And if you’re interested in what makes go Adventure better than all other dune buggy tours out there, here’s my full list! - Safety 
 I was hesitant to book a dune buggy tour due to the recent incident that someone got seriously injured, until I found go adventure. They are the only company that uses Can-am UTVs instead of the buggies that look like they just had welded on cages. Helmets and goggles were provided. The drivers adjust speed based on your comfort level. - No hiking up the dunes Unlike other companies where you would have to hike up the dunes to get to the buggy parking space, they drive you directly up to the dunes from the office. Walking up the dunes does not seem like a huge deal, but it is very hot and sand is very difficult to walk on. I'd much rather spend the time exploring the dunes. - You decide how you spend your time I was not interested in sand boarding so I've spent my whole hour enjoying the sand dune and taking photos. If I had went on any other tours, I would have needed to wait while other travelers are sandboarding. - Drop off in Huaccachina They dropped me off at the Peru hop meeting point in Huaccachina. This is especially important if you are not staying in Huaccachina and wanted to see sunset on the dunes. The tour ends at six, I was dropped off at the location at 6:10 and was able to grab a burger, clean up, and was totally ready for bus pickup at 6:45. Other people on my bus, had to hike down the dunes and walk back to the meeting point. It was already 6:35 when they got to the meeting point, most of them did not have time to buy any food before the 4 hour bus ride.
 Huge thanks to the company and my driver Yako for one of the most memorable experience in Peru.

Beautiful views, amazing unique place, the buggy ride is also very fun experience, so is the sandboarding, guide drove like a madman and i loved every second, high adrenaline and lots of sand!
