Si prega di incontrarsi per il check-in fuori dalla Bank of America Tower (lato Capitol St.) circa 5 minuti prima dell'orario di partenza. Cerca la navetta NASA per arrivare davanti alla gigantesca scultura colorata di Miro.
I viaggiatori avranno circa 5 ore per esplorare e godersi il Centro Spaziale NASA con la nostra guida accompagnatore prima di essere prelevati all'ingresso / punto di consegna del Centro Spaziale. C'è una finestra di prelievo di 15 minuti.
Dopo che i viaggiatori si godranno 5 ore al NASA Space Center, il nostro Mercedes Shuttle partirà in genere dall'ingresso del NASA Space Center per riportare tutti i viaggiatori al luogo originale di incontro in centro presso la Bank of America Tower.

The drive was nice and so convenient, loved not having to worry about renting a car, dealing with traffic and parking. It was also nice being able to get our entrance tickets and Mission Control tickets on the shuttle. I did four stars because I wish the driver had given us hints on must see activities and had told us to make our first stop at the customer service desk to get the free tram tour tickets. We didn’t do that so when we finally made our way over there one tour was completely out of tickets for the day and another had no availability before our 3pm departure. We still had a great day and there was plenty to do to fill our time but this will be helpful for future visitors.
Great option if you do not want to drive or waste time buying tickets. The ride was on time. Thank you Viator!
Disappointed. Not at all the same great experience as the center in Florida. Much smaller and many of the “attractions” are for kids. Missed all of the tram tours, all fully booked by 12:30. These are probably the highlights but since I wasn’t able to go I don’t know. Too bad, really looked forward to this.
Very good and interesting experience. Transport was super convenient and on time
Overall fun. Price was reasonable. Spent 4 hours there which was enough amount of time. The trams running to other areas were slow and not run properly. They need to revamp this process!
Transportation was on time and efficient, good communication. Well worth the extra for a guide - learnt so much and Meredith had a personal connection so got so many extra insights. Did get a very last-minute notice of a change of time due to off peak policy which we were not expecting.
Our driver Edgardo was on time, he was very approachable and brought good vibes throughout our trip. He explained very well everything that we need to know about the entire tour.

The communication wasn’t good, esp. returning. We all were told to meet at 3. Then the driver said he had to wait until 3:45. We could have done a tour but we passed it up bc it would end at 3:10. There were other people on the shuttle who had it worse. They bought an extra ticket for a tour and didn’t get to go. They did get a text but again miscommunication. A lot of us were waiting to leave at 3:00 even the ones who didn’t get to go on the extra tour, or whatever problem they had. One person even got thrown off the shuttle bc he gave up the extra tour so he could make it back to the 3 PM shuttle bc he had somewhere to be. The driver said he had an attitude, but that was before he didn’t realize we didn’t know we weren’t leaving at 3 anymore it was 3:45 no matter what. It was just the fact they could have text all of us. The ones who bought extra tickets thought there was going to be another shuttle for them. My dad and I, and whoever didn’t get extra tickets didn’t get a text saying we would leave at 3:45. We could have enjoyed at least 30 more minutes of the museum.
Everything was excellent except for the poor communication regarding pick up time. Because some people were reserving tours that made them late for the shuttle everyone else was expected to wait.
