This was a pick up from the hotel to the airport. So being on time was very important. Our driver was actually there early, so there was no stress.

Fine transportation. Good communication and ride. He helped us with heavy luggage. Not much more to say, it got us where we needed to be. Probably could have gotten taxi for much less but the convenience of having this booked was beneficial to us.
Very professional and polite, showed up on time and got us to the airport early. Communication is great and it really is great for those who like to plan ahead.
We have used Viator since 2000 whenever we have travelled overseas and have never been disappointed especially with pickup for getting us to the airport after a long trip. I like knowing we get a van for pickup since 3 out of 4 of my family are very tall and need the legroom plus we have our larger luggage. The drivers have always communicated with us when on the way or have arrived. I know that since 2000 there is now Ubers and taxis and we use them to get around cities but specifically for hotel pickup to the airport, we will continue to use Viator for the reliability and great service.
Very responsable. Day before the company comunicated with me. In the morning Carlos sent a message on WhatsApp and was on time to pick up at the hotel. Helped us with our luggage and at the airport he gave us an orientation about check in area.

Showed up about ten min early. Car was a Mercedes S class. Very nice car. Driver was polite and helpful. Got us to the Airport in no time. Highly recommend.
