Hopewell Rocks Ammissione

We came at high tide, hiked in the park afterwards, then came back at low tide. My third time but the experience and views never disappoint!

My Husband and I had a great time at Hopewell Rocks. We got there in the morning for the tide coming in and then came back in the afternoon for the tide leaving. There is a guide there so you can ask questions. It is quite the thing to see. You just can't imagine what happens to the Rocks and the whole process of the tides. There is a restaurant and gift shop on site . We were Happywe chose to go see this.

Don't do it on a rainy day. Well worth a visit to the Hopewell Rocks. From the stairs down continue south and then walk back past stairs to see northeast to see more and exit up the ramp. Perfect for seniors!

You do not have to take the stairs back up at the end of your walk around Hopewell Rocks. There is a ramp that works well

Hopewell Rocks exceeded our expectations and was much more spectacular in person than in photos. The rock formations were so unique and it was an amazing experience to be able to walk around and under them. The admission fee covers two days, which enables you to see both high and low tide. Check the tide tables when planning your visit. We made a quick visit to see peak high tide our first day just before park closing, and then returned the next day to walk around the beach at low tide. The park has some educational exhibits and a nice gift shop, as well as a cafe that we did not try. The staff was very helpful.

Great outing for the family to explore these beautiful formations. Worth the money.

Taste the Tides began with Roland, the Food and Beverage Director, who was wonderful to work with and made our booking easy, was organized and communicative. Our "tide" guide, Heather was fantastic; friendly, excited to share her knowledge, clearly loved the area and even helped us keep our boots from getting overly muddy. The setting, amid Hopewell Rocks was unique and beautiful. The food was delicious, perfectly presented and amazing for being cooked on the beach, plus the wine pairing was great. Chef Anthony welcomed us and introduced his team, all of whom were gracious hosts, and then he came back and described every course as well as thanking us for attending and his team for all their hard work. In fact, the Chef spoke about how honored they were to be able to share their food and this very special experience with us. We highly recommend this event - go if you can!

This was our second visit. We just wanted to go to the restaurant and gift shop but we still had to pay an admission fee so we left. Ridiculous!

It is way over priced to walk down to the beach. It was $44 for me and my two kids to walk down to the beach. It is a beautiful hike , but I don't think people should have to pay an outrageous amount to walk on a beach. It's one and done activity for this price. $2/person to get shuttled to and from the beach if you need it, and I noticed a lot of people needed it. That should have been the only thing to cost money at a Government run park.
