The audio was off from the tour the entire time (aside from the first 2 stops) which made it impossible to see the attractions. Staff was super friendly. Would recommend for transportation made easy.

You should be clear that there are TWO companies using the “Hop on Hop off” insignia. We saw a hop on hop off sign very close to our hotel so we waited there only to find out it was the other company. Luckily another couple had the same issue and they used Claude.ai to find out where the nearest stop was. We walked 500 meters and waited at that stop (21). The bus came we boarded and all was well. Or so we thought. The bus stopped for 30 minutes at stop 1. Why? After we got going again we realized that if we got off, another bus would not come for 40 minutes. What was advertised as a 1.5 hour tour could easily stretch to 3 hours if we hopped off only twice. My suggestion: make it VERY CLEAR that there are two competing companies. Also put more busses into service to decrease that wait time to 20 minutes (like your competitors). Also, stop telling people to board at stop 1. I am not going to walk/Uber to #1 if there is another stop close to my hotel. You ruined my day by taking a huge chunk of time which made me miss other activities. Not a satisfied customer.

Average HOHO bus. My only complaint is the buses windows did not open so a lot of my pictures had window glare/reflection in them.

Due to the Pride Parade, the tour pick-up location had changed slightly, and despite several WhatsApp messages, we still couldn't figure out where to go. To our surprise, she left her office, came all the way to find us, located us personally, escorted us to the correct bus, introduced us to her team, and made sure we were comfortably on board before leaving. We were genuinely impressed by her professionalism, initiative, and commitment to making sure everything worked out smoothly. Thank you very much for your outstanding support..it was truly appreciated.

Good overall in Helsinki. Lucille, the tour operator at the 1st stop and Henri, the driver was very nice, polite and friendly.

Very good tours in Helsinki. If you only take one, take the boat, better perspective and a slower pace.

The journey and viewing was good. The commentary was interesting but kept repeating. Sign postage could be better. Overall gave me a good overview of Helsinki.

Everything was good until one of the hop on buses took 40 minutes. The app requires 34 more letters so here they are.

Beware if you pay cash for this tour , they refused to give me my change. The tour costs €36 … (no discount for seniors either ) . !!! If you give a €50 note , they “cannot” give you change, the lady told me , the company policy is they cannot give you change . But City Red Bus Tours , Did you know, …….THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. ………If you read the government laws of fair trading , it states that if cash is an accepted method of payment for a service , it is obligatory that Cash change be given to the customer . If you do not have any change , it means you are either very disorganised . OR. You are trying to cheat the customer , in either case , THE COMPANY IS BREAKING THE LAW. The situation very much soured my experience on the trip on the bus and I am still very annoyed about it. The lady taking my money was very rude to me about it as well , I was very shocked by her rudeness toward me. I am an older senior citizen and cannot walk very well . So I was not able to go in time to get exact change for the fare. It is also not stated on the brochure , that no change will be given to cash paying customers !!!!! I am very disappointed by this incident and feel it necessary to warn other tourists about this. I feel as if this could be a deliberate intent to rip tourists off .
