This was a highlight of our trip. The lights are just magical, and seeing them from the water is so much better than on the promenade. Highly recommend!
Lovely evening cruise. Stunning backdrop of the Hong Kong light. Boat lovely & clean & comfortable. Would have been nice to have a choice of wine & beer for the alcoholic option rather than just be beer. Also it would have been good to have an announcement to let people know where to go for drinks & snacks. I only knew by seeing others with trays.
Don’t be misled by description saying maximum of 10 people on the boat. There had to be at least 40 on our boat. However we had a lovey time and crew were very polite, helpful and accommodating. The light show could have been watched from the promenade. All said the boat trip was lovely and could be taken at any time when it’s dark to enjoy the lights around the harbour and would be cheaper and less crowded.

The meeting place was difficult to find. The pier number was not given. All it said was L5 cultural Center. We tried messaging for help but the answer came too late. We found the meeting place by asking at every pier just when the boat was loading passengers. It was a nice boat cruise in the harbour but we did not get to watch the light show. I thought the title was a little misleading. The light show started at 8:00 after the cruise was finished.
