My 21-year-old daughter and I (I’m 55) did the self-guided audio tour of celebrity homes through Hollywood, Bel-Air, and Beverly Hills, and we both really enjoyed it! It was such a fun experience and, in my opinion, even better than a traditional bus tour. We loved having the flexibility to stop as often as we wanted, spend more time at places that interested us, or skip stops that weren’t our favorites. The turn-by-turn directions were easy to follow, and the audio information made the drive entertaining and interesting. The tour gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace, and the view of the Hollywood Sign at the end was an unexpected bonus. It was a great mother-daughter activity and I’d definitely recommend it!

Great fun trip out. The beautiful area and the houses were amazing. The app used was simple and it guides you along your route. We had a little difficulty finding the start of the route but after we found the first house it was plain sailing. Great day out. Thankyou

The app worked fine but some of the locations were hard to find or there was nothing to see other than a gate. The app could be improved if you could skip sites that you arent interested in. Also, when you toggle between "map" and "stories", the list of stories always started from the top forcing you to scroll to where you are on the tour. Finally, this would be hard to do solo. It took 2 of us as the app is hard to manage while driving.
Denise, glad to hear my app worked fine. I do mention in the confirmation email that many celebrity homes might be hidden behind gates, trees, or private roads—the privacy of the stars. About skipping stops, you can always use the app manually. Just check the stoplist and choose the places you want to see. Once you’re back on the route, the stories will start playing on their own. If you use the app manually, it’s a good idea to close and reopen it so it can catch up with your location. And if you need any help, I’m just a call away. You can always reach out for assistance. Something fun and different to do while in LA. We saw lots of great spots and houses. It was easy to use as well.

Quite well done issuing the technology in our phones. But wasn't perfect! Arriving to at least 30% of the destinations, the description of the house, the pic on the app of the house, and the outlined property location on the map didn't match up. So many of them we went back and forth trying to match up the house with what the commentary said and gave up. Unfortunately, doesn't connect to Apple car play, and in the rental doesn't have a phone holder so had to rig up a makeshift phone holder with some string so the driver could follow the map. With those big negatives, was still worth the cost compared to the companies offering tours. It took us to places I wouldn't have known how to find out where to go. Some of the streets in the hills are crazy! Bear in mind, most of the houses are just pulling up to tall hedges and huge gates 🤣.

Initially, I was skeptical about this tour after reading some reviews, but I'm glad we gave it a try. We arrived a bit late and were considering a guided tour, but the cost was prohibitively expensive. So, we decided to take a chance on this self-guided tour, and it ended up working out perfectly for us. One tip: be sure to follow the audio prompts carefully, and you'll likely have a great experience without any disappointment.

Does not work well.. map does not work with CarPlay so need a navigator to tell you map directions…. Does not notify as you approach a point of interest for you to plan stopping not tells you how to come out until it’s done telling the story.
Hi Vishal, I’m sorry the tour didn’t work well for you. Currently, my app doesn’t support CarPlay, but you can connect it to your car stereo and listen to the directions while following the route. The audio notifications might not pop up if the speed limit or tour directions aren’t followed, as it’s essential to start from the designated start point and stay on track.
