Il tour mattutino inizia alle 8:45 alle 13:00/il tour pomeridiano inizia alle 13:30-18:00 con un piccolo gruppo per 1 lezione di cucina. Verrai prelevato dalla nostra guida turistica e inizierai la giornata con una visita al mercato locale insieme al nostro chef, scoprirai gli ingredienti locali. Il tour prosegue dal mercato locale al villaggio di cocco d'acqua. Goditi una pesca pratica del "granchio viola" nel canale e pagaia su un'esclusiva "barca a cesto di bambù" per contemplare la bellezza del fiume nella campagna del Vietnam. Un caloroso benvenuto e unisciti alla nostra vera lezione di cucina vietnamita e cucina da solo, goditi ciò che hai cucinato 4 piatti e la ricetta di cucina è pronta per essere ricreata a casa. Started with crab fishing on the coconut boats… ignore the reviews, we caught loads of them! Then hopped on a scooter to our cookery lesson. All the family got involved and enjoyed it and was made even better with a beer!

What a fabulous way to spend a morning! We were collected at our hotel and driven to a riverside village about if 15 minutes out if Hoi An. This was where where we were greeted by our cheerful chef and instructor Tamw! Before our cooking experience we were taken on a coconut boat ride, with much serenading, spinning, and crab fishing! Our class was wonderful! We were taken through all steps to make a banana blossom and papaya salad with quail eggs, chicken and mushroom noodles, a savoury mushroom pancake, grilled eggplant, anll topped with an delicious peanut, ginger, shallot and spring onion sauce. Dessert was caramelised sweet bananas! All in all a delightful experience, with our wonderful Chef Tam! Thank you!

Tan our guide was amazing. A great cook but most importantly very kind and enthusiastic. My meal was outstanding and will definitely be making it at home. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this experience. Our guide, Tan, was amazing—full of energy and an all-around great guy. Not only was he an excellent guide, but he was also a great chef. The food we made was absolutely delicious.
