Luoghi e orari di ritiro
Prelievo dai tuoi hotel a Hoi An (1-5 km dal centro di Hoi An/ufficio postale/mercato centrale/città antica). Si prega di attendere nella hall dell'hotel 15 minuti prima dell'orario di ritiro previsto. Altrimenti verremo a prendervi dal nostro punto d'incontro presso l'area parcheggio del mercato di Thanh Ha, Thanh Ha, Hoi An, Quang Nam (15 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour).

Hung was such a lovely host and took her time teaching us her skills. We really loved every moment at Vys cooking school and the food was delicious!

We loved this cooking class. It gave us a broad introduction to Vietnamese cuisine and to the inner workings of one of the most well-regarded restaurant groups in Hoi An. Our instructor, Ms. Moon, was patient and very personable, and guided us thorugh making four different dishes. A great introduction to Vietnamese cooking. We saw how they make Cao lầu noodles (a local specialty) and a range of other foods, and tasted all of them. Very tasty.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour travelling around with Quang. We saw sights & towns & farms & ways of local life we wouldn't have seen on our own. Quang's knowledge explaining all the foods at a local market was excellent. We had coffee at the most gorgeous cafe overlooking rice fields, & Vy's cooking class was very enjoyable, she's a real sweetie. Highly recommend you do this tour.

We enjoyed the ride through the city and the countryside. Traveling by motorbike helps with the heat. Our guides were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

We so enjoyed Mrs Vy’s private cooking class. Her teaching style was great - learnt lots of new techniques and taste combinations. She had such a kind and gentle manner - brought everyone along with her including fact that all very different levels of experience. The quality of the ingredients was very high and all so well explained. A real treat to also get to eat it in her family’s lovely garden. This was a real authentic Vietnamese cooking experience. We highly recommend!
