Partiamo da Hobart dirigendoci a est, quindi seguendo la costa a nord. Viaggiamo attraverso le città balneari di Orford e Swansea mentre ci dirigiamo verso il Freycinet National Park. Freycinet è uno dei primi parchi nazionali della Tasmania, famoso per i suoi paesaggi costieri ricchi e mozzafiato. Le montagne di granito rosa fanno da sfondo a baie appartate, acque incontaminate, spiagge di sabbia bianca, fauna locale e incredibili sentieri per passeggiate.
Camminiamo in gruppo verso il Wineglass Bay Lookout; questa è una camminata moderata in salita di circa 45 minuti. Una volta in cima, sarai ricompensato con quella vista famosa in tutto il mondo su Wineglass Bay e lo splendido Freycinet National Park. Goditi il momento, ammira i panorami e lascia che le nostre guide ti aiutino con quelle fotografie ricercate. La passeggiata per Wineglass Bay Lookout è una delle Great Short Walks of Tasmania e richiede una buona mobilità e un'adeguata forma fisica. Sono 1,3 km in salita, prima di tornare in discesa.
Dal Lookout hai la possibilità di tornare all'inizio della passeggiata con la nostra guida turistica, oppure per gli escursionisti appassionati puoi scegliere di trascorrere il resto del tuo tempo completando la passeggiata fino alla spiaggia di Wineglass Bay. Wineglass Bay Beach Walk - Questa è una passeggiata di andata e ritorno di 2,5 ore ed è richiesta una buona forma fisica. Il nostro tour ha tutto il tempo per fare l'intera passeggiata fino a Wineglass Bay Beach e tornare. Una volta sulla spiaggia, puoi goderti il pranzo in questo ambiente straordinario, tuffarti nelle acque incontaminate per una nuotata o passeggiare lungo le sabbie bianche. Questa è una delle passeggiate più gratificanti della Tasmania in una posizione straordinaria.
Se preferisci selezionare l'opzione a piedi più breve, torniamo dal belvedere con la nostra guida turistica ed esploriamo altre aree del Parco nazionale di Freycinet. Visitiamo la bellissima Honeymoon Bay e ci godiamo il pranzo ammirando il paesaggio.
Visiteremo lo spettacolare faro di Cape Tourville e ci godremo la facile passeggiata, una delle grandi passeggiate brevi della Tasmania, famosa per le sue viste mozzafiato sulla penisola di Freycinet.
Ci riorganizziamo pronti per il viaggio di ritorno. La nostra ultima tappa sulla costa orientale è la splendida Devil's Corner Winery, dove avrai il tempo di ammirare la magnifica vista. Sul posto è possibile gustare una degustazione di vini, pizza cotta a legna, pesce fresco e ostriche della Freycinet Marine Farm e gelati, tutti disponibili a proprie spese durante la giornata.

Hanna our driver and guide was excellent.
We had the best time! Our guide Hannah was so informative, patient and very helpful guiding us through all of our walks. All the spots are very beautiful and honestly the trip feels like a dream! Highly recommended for anyone that loves nature!
The view is very nice, amazing and wonderful. The lookout is fastastic and the beach is beautiful. Picnic near beach is good.
A lot of driving, but the destinations were worth the time. Our guide was very patient and tailored the walking to the level of the group. Plenty of 'information stops' along the way, and lots of time to take in the panoramic vistas. My highlight was the lunch stop at Honeymoon Bay - truly beautiful.
The hike to Wineglass bay look out and beach was splendid and the views were spectacular.Our tour guide Clinton was friendly, Funny and Knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Ready to board the bus to go to WineglassBay and Frecinct National Park but told i cannot go because I had a wheelchair. I can get on and off the bus with my crutches but didn't give me a chance. ... Spoke to manager on the phone and she was quite cold and not interested in my situation. We have been on approx 9 tours over the past 11 days, and on all tours i have been allowed to get on and off both bus and boats on my own. Very disappointed so I had to go back to my.motel unit and spend the day on my own. I hope your manager never has to be in a wheelchair to see how people treat you sometimes.

We were communicating with you through the tour guide's phone, and our guide needed to continue the pick-up route as many guests were waiting ahead of the 11-hour day. We apologise if our communication came across as businesslike, it was intended to be clear and efficient given the circumstances, not dismissive of your situation. We'd also gently note that the other tours in your holiday package were operated through Gray Line. These are luxury sightseeing coach experiences and are quite different in nature to our active day tours, in vehicle, terrain, and the physical demands of the day. This was a fantastic hike but not for the faint hearted 😀 It will definitely test your fitness, but the views are totally worth it. Wineglass Bay Beach is gorgeous 😍
Great day but lots of walking so do not ignore recommendation for water and good shoes 👟 and offer a helping hand to those slower than you
