I reserved a 7-seater SUV for a 5.5-hour trip. We were 4 adults with 4 large bags. Having made several trips in the country, 7 seats were the right choice for traveling comfortably. Cost €129 (expensive for Vietnam) The vehicle that arrived was a 5-seater, we traveled cramped like sardines with 3 in the back, the person in the middle with the seatbelt clips digging into their back because it was so tight... The driver stopped at his home to pick up things for the trip. Fine. He then stopped to get gas; we had just left, so the tank was not filled in advance. He took the opportunity to eat while we waited in the car... He had to return to the station because he realized after a while that he had not been given the change.... It is also stated on the site that the driver speaks English... this was absolutely not the case since the one who showed up was not the one we had booked. We will let him have the fact that he drove properly while he spent his time searching for music on YouTube that he listened to with his headphones except when he stopped to take calls on speakerphone. I filed a complaint with gettransfer.com, already for the price because we paid a high price to travel in a low-end vehicle... AND I give a ZERO POINT to this organization that was absolutely dishonest in its responses.
We left Saigon at 273 of the han cafe, about an hour before I went to the office where the lady printed me the physical tickets of the reservation I had made on the site. I recommend showing the presentation and asking the lady if you need to have physical tickets. The bus arrived perfectly on time. It was a night bus with sunbeds, really nice and clean. The USB and TV unfortunately did not always work, but still the seat and air conditioning were ok. We arrived at Central Station in nha trang about half an hour earlier than planned and then we were transshipped downtown by shuttle bus (10-15 Min). The only drawback that the area was not as expected, but in MC Donald's area near the beach. Overall a great Service.
