Great value for money with all tickets and experiences covered, on a hot day the full ac experience helped a lot
Hiro was a very motivated and lovely guide who provided us with a lot of information! The included lunch was super good. The time we got to visit the museum was not too long and not too short. The airconditioned bus with a busdriver who stays in the bus (so you can leave your things there) made the experience even better. Overall a very lovely day!
Fantastic day - really enjoyable. Both Hiroshima and Miyajima were great experiences, and there is a good split between guided tour and free time to explore. Transport was also great. Special thanks to Hiro as our tour guide and Yukito for meeting us at Kyoto station.

Hiro was great! The experience was nice overall. The museum visit was a bit tight on schedule, because it was extremely packed inside, but that's something the museum could organize better.

This was such an amazing experience for someone like us whose first time to be in Japan. Our tour guide, Joe (“Joe-san”) was so wonderful! Not only did he make the tour very educational, but he personally took time to chat with each group in the tour. He was very approachable and answered all questions genuinely and warmly. He even made recommendations on what to try/what to eat which I greatly appreciate. I personally have learned so much about the history and culture which made me have so much respect and a change of perspective. I highly recommend this tour for first time visitors in Japan.
This was an amazing and eye-opening experience to visit Hiroshima. It was easy to find the meeting spot at the train station in Osaka. They helped us to get on the right train. Our guide, Shikoku was very good and helpful. We were each given headphones to make it easier to listen to what the guide was saying without having to worry about crowding close together. Our lunch was a traditional okonomiyaki with drink, which was fulfilling and delicious. They gave us time to explore the Hiroshima museum and Miyajima island on our own, which I felt should have been longer but I understood it was because of time constraints to be on time to catch the train going back. The overall experience was amazing.
Extraordinary experience! The day was perfectly organized. Our guide, Joe san, was adorable and gave us a lot of very interesting information. The pace was ideal, we were able to see everything, from the visit to the iconic sites of Hiroshima, the peace memorial, to the island of Miyajima, all without feeling like we were rushing. Our entire group was delighted with the excursion, from the teens to the adults! Thank you for this informative and unforgettable day!
