Se catturiamo i gamberetti a bordo di una spedizione, l'equipaggio ne preparerà alcuni per gli ospiti da portare a casa.

A bordo di questa escursione di due ore esplorerai come i vari ecosistemi si intrecciano per creare la ricca rete alimentare che fornisce cibo per le nostre tavole.Questa è un'opportunità unica per ospiti di tutte le età! Se catturiamo gamberetti a bordo di una spedizione, l'equipaggio ne impacchetterà alcuni che gli ospiti potranno portare a casa. Tutte le escursioni partono da Harbour Town Yacht Basin all'interno del Sea Pines Resort. C'è una tassa di iscrizione di $ 9,00 per veicolo per il Sea Pines Resort che deve essere pagata in contanti. Questo pass per l'ingresso è valido per l'intera giornata, quindi sfrutta al massimo il Sea Pines Resort. Il check-in per la rete da traino di gamberetti a bordo del Tammy Jane sarà presso l'ufficio di prenotazione della crociera Vagabond, che si trova appena a destra del faro di Harbour Town. Great crew! Enjoyed trip. A bit overbooked though Seems shrimp are better chances of being caught early in morning 9 am trip.
My family of 4 had a nice time on the shrimp trawling boat. Plenty of space to sit but not around the table where the catch was laid out. One large family (mostly adults) took over the space and was oblivious to those around them who also wanted to see and hold the catch. The crew should look out for this and clear space on all sides of the table. The crew was very friendly but it was hard to hear the informational portion on the ride out because the only microphone was for the captain behind the wheel. We only caught a bag full and the rest were fish. But it was a beautiful day and we got to see dolphins.

The trip was great! Easy boat with a great crew! Ian's background made the expedition even better when going through our surprise catch!
All we can say is- Sam made the day! He chatted with my son and I on and off throughout the entire boat ride- sharing information about shrimping, Hilton Head, fishing, and even talking about the internship programs available on the island. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and showed professional, yet relaxed, leadership as he guided the intern and other deck-hand on how to successfully prepare for an handle the shrimp trawling. He went above an beyond with helping our son take advantage of fishing on the island- hooking us up with some bait from our shrimp voyage and taking time after his shift to help us on the dock. We thoroughly enjoyed our shrimp trawling adventure- including the delicious shrimp we were able to take home and eat afterwards and the shark show we saw off the side of the boat. Definitely 5 stars! Thank you, Sam and crew!
Friendly atmosphere everyone was very friendly and laidback. I was excited to see all those Seagulls flying around the boat never experience that before.
Two adults traveling. Awesome Captain and crew. Fun and informational. We were on the first outing of the day and had a pod of dolphins with us almost the whole trip loved learning about the sound , shrimping and enjoyed our catch. Thanks for an incredible morning on the water.

This was such a great unique experience for our family! They pulled up so much sea life! We saw sharks and dolphins and seagulls up close following us. We had Jude and 2 wonderful captains on board to guide us. They were informative and fun. We were allowed to take shrimp home, but we were staying at a resort hotel so had to pass. Best 2 hours spent in HH!
We had such a great experience shrimping. The captain and grew were very knowledgeable and friendly.
