We had such an incredible experience touring Switzerland with Zuzi and George! From the very beginning, they were wonderful to work with — so friendly, responsive, helpful, and honest. Our first day was so great that we ended up booking a second full day with them, and we’re so glad we did. Over the two days, we were able to experience so much of the Bernese Oberland, including Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Gimmelwald, Grindelwald, Wengen, Männlichen, and some absolutely beautiful stops and viewpoints along the way. Zuzi and George were both incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience feel personal rather than like a typical tourist tour. One of the biggest advantages was that they are locals and truly know the area. They knew the best places to go, the best times to visit them, how to avoid some of the crowds, and beautiful spots that we never would have known to find on our own. They also gave us honest recommendations about what was and wasn’t worth our time, which we really appreciated. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience rather than simply following a set itinerary. Beyond their knowledge, they were both just genuinely kind, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our time together. We learned so much about Switzerland while also getting to see places and experience moments we never could have planned ourselves. These two days ended up being some of the highlights of our entire trip and made our time in Switzerland truly unforgettable. We would absolutely book with Zuzi and George again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone visiting the area. If you want to really experience this part of Switzerland with people who know and love it, you are in wonderful hands with them!
My wife and I had the most amazing day on our tour. Harry was fun and great to be with. He brought us to see the most beautiful sites ever. Harry also has a lot of knowledge of the area and you can tell that he loves this place by the way he describes it to you. It is so worth it. Do not miss out!!
What a fun way to experience Lauterbrunnen and the surrounding area! Our guide, Zuzi was such a kind and interesting person to spend the morning with. Her knowledge of the valley and surrounding mountain towns, the history of the area, the stories behind everything, seemed so effortless to her, but made the experience all the more interesting for us. Staubbach Falls were breathtaking and powerful! The picnic featuring meats, cheeses and even various chocolates from Switzerland made lunch educational and fun! This was a small, one of a kind experience that felt very special and we would utilize any tour through Zuzi’s company again because we were so impressed with her and her knowledge. This is a “not to miss“ tour that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Zuzi was a great guide- friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to make sure we had an excellent experience. The weather was perfect for a hike and not too crowded. My only concern is that for the price of the tour the transportation should have been included. Highly recommend.

Zuzi was an excellent guide and took our interests into account when planning the order of the itinerary. She was warm and cheerful and explained details of each site. The picnic was delightful with local products. She took and sent us many great photos of our group. For the cost of the tour, all the local transportation should have been included.

Absolutely the best tour we had so far. Tour guide Katarina was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took lots of pictures for us and we had a wonderful picnic. The sites from Lauterbrunnen Valley and Murren were spectacular. Great pace along the tour and the Mountains are beautiful.

We loved every second of our tour! Zuzi, our tour guide was extremely friendly and down to earth. Our 5 hour excursion through Lauterbrunnen Valley was amazing. We got to see so much and learned so much about the valley. Too many parts that were our favorite to list but I’ll say that the picnic we had near one of the waterfalls was a cherry on top.
