This tour is the most amazing experience of a lifetime, the swim and hike was legendary! What made the tour’s 5 star experience was our guide Tavel, his experience of the glacier made the whole experience unforgettable
This was one of those buckets list activities. A helicopter flight over the beautiful Knik Glacier, a glacial hike through canyons, waterfalls and rivers and then a swim in a pristine blue glacial pool. Simply stunning.
We had a wonderful time and one hour wasn't enough! The terrain is amazing and our pilot Shane was very informative! Do it!
Best tour we did in Alaska! The helicopter ride had amazing views. The glacier waters were so blue an beautiful. Tom our guide was very informative about the glaciers and always made sure we were safe and our gear was good to go. The water was chilly, but didn't feel too cold with the wet suits. The hike was very easy once you got used to the spikes on the ice to walk up and down the hills. I would definitely do this tour again.
What a great experience. The scenery during the flight and at the landing spot was so beautiful and Jared (our pilot/guide) was excellent. He even cleaned the windows before taking off and let us stay a bit longer since he didn't have a flight after ours. We had to reschedule a few times and the staff were always nice and accommodating. Daisha was really friendly and helpful the day of the flight, providing much needed instructions. We also did a summit flight that evening with a different company (in a plane) and although it was really nice, we all agreed that the helicopter trip was the best. It provided a more intimate experience with the beautiful landscape (fly closer and big windows everywhere). We are a family of three and that's what the helicopter fit so that helped too.
This company is great. Jen, Gabriel, Chris and all the others put together a once in a lifetime experience for us on short notice. Expectations were exceeded on all fronts. This was undersold meaning they did even MORE than the tour described!!! They aim to please that's for sure!!! Thank you for an amazing, unforgettable experience!!!
