Cancelled and They took my money and did not give me a refund after promising. Absolutely ridiculous
We had this booked and then the operator messaged us and told us they could not accommodate us anymore. This is the second time this has happened to us. There needs to be better communication between Viator and the packages and events that they are selling. Two time now we had something booked and the supplier cancelled on us last minute which ruined our whole itinerary and trip.
Great fun and an unusual activity in the hubbub of Hanoi- great value for money too! You choose your design and the team help you create your masterpiece

The BEST experience in Hanoi ! Something a bit different. Spend a couple of hours creating an individual bespoke ring ( or pendant / bracelet). You do every step of it with plenty of guidance and it’s soooo satisfying to create your own piece. You won’t believe how reasonably priced it is either! So 2 hours or so of an activity with a beautiful item to take home. It’s a win win.
