Esplorerai il nostro mondo culinario e sperimenterai la vita locale, fino a raggiungere il lago situato nel cuore della nostra capitale, e vedere alcune vecchie case dove amplierai i tuoi orizzonti. Itinerario
Presentiamoci e impariamo un po' di Storia di Hanoi prima del cibo. Proprio accanto a questa piazza, pagheremo una visita a un primo ristorante.
Entriamo in una strada carina piena di bei locali e andiamo per il nostro secondo e terzo piatto in una posizione preferita della gente del posto.
Tempo di qualche foto fresca, qui cammineremo e vedremo cosa piace alla maggior parte dei turisti di Hanoi.
Scopriremo il legame tra Cibo e cultura locale, assaporando alcuni dei più famosi piatti locali e preparandoci per sempre di più, più vicino al centro storico.
Avremo un assaggio di ciò che ha veramente spinto le persone a riunirsi in questa zona e creare una città vecchia di 4000 anni, prima di provare altre prelibatezze locali e vedere qual è il nostro piatto segreto ad Hanoi.

Alex was a great guide who took us to all local spots that I never thought existed/would not go alone. Additionally tried so many different foods, snacks and drinks that I was stuffed. Definitely coming on an empty stomach next time

Jenny was great and accommodating to our needs. We originally booked a tour for 3 of us but unfortunately two in our party were not feeling well and returned to the hotel after the first stop. Jenny understood and group turned into a private tour for two. We visited over 8 different locations and tried some incredible local dishes. I will say the details and history behind every dish was a plus. We also walked through the neighborhoods where Jenny shared the history of her neighborhood and where she was raised as we continued our journey. While all the dishes were great, I will say the egg coffee was beyond a what I expected and incredibly delicious. The dessert surprise stop was over the top. Jenny provided me with two take away desserts for the rest of my party to enjoy once I returned to my hotel. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. 😋
