It was a very unique experience, I really enjoyed it very much, the tourguide audrey was great, definitely recommended.
This experience was truly unique! The The best workshop we have ever done. Our guide and instructor Mint and Chien were extraordinary, they explained step by step and helped us make a knife from scratch. Going out with our finished knife was truly amazing. THIS IS A TRUE EXPERIENCE, away from the city chaos and in a real traditional Vietnamese neighborhood. We recommend it to everyone!!
Our family did the knife making workshop in Hanoi and absolutely loved it! Our interpreter Mint explained the whole knife making process from the start and even helped us select the style of knife to make based on our intended usage. The master knife maker Chiến was so skillful and assisted us in crafting our knives at the various stages of the process. Any request to personalise our knives was not an issue for him and it was obvious he'd been mastering his craft for many years. This activity was even better than we expected and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different and have something they can bring home which they actually helped to create and that will last for years to come.
This was an amazing experience! Mint, helped us understand the process with making the knife and we had the freedom to make our own design and size. With help from the master blacksmith Chiến the result were amazing and we would really recomend going here.

We are a family of 3 (2 adults, 12 yo) and were excited to find a family activity that was a little out of the ordinary. What a great experience! Mint is very knowledgeable and such a friendly guide. We were greeted by our hosts wife, who welcome us into the workshop. We then met Chiên, our master blacksmith who assisted us every step of the way. So pleased with our knives!
This was a really unique experience, where I got to customize and make my own knife. Chien his wife are really skilled and guided me through the whole process. Mint was my English guide, who was really fun to talk to, explain the process and went out of her way to help me. Fun experience, would highly recommend!
