Tom and Joey were our guides. Great experience, got to see new things we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Great and wide range of knowledge especially regarding history. Perfect length of time. Tom and Joey were amazing, the drivers were also great!
Fun and friendly! A great way to get an introduction to the sights and sounds in and around Hanoi. From the rural setting off Banana Island to the up-close Train Street experience it was an enjoyable afternoon.
We had such a very good time at HN on a jeep tour. We were lucky to have such fantastic weather today. It was nice and windy, we bonded with our tour guide - Charlie, incrediblely warm-heart, gave us a lot of insights about HN, helped our children understand the importance of cherishing every moment they have with their parents. through meaningful metaphor during each destination we had. Highly recommend especially Charlie.
A great few hours. Hazel our guide was excellent. Perfect English and really informative commentary. We did a private tour and loved it. This was one of the highlights of our family trip to Hanoi. We booked a private Jeep tour for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The tour was a perfect mix of Hanoi's iconic landmarks, hidden alleyways, local neighborhoods, historical sites, and delicious authentic food. Tom shared fascinating stories about Hanoi's history and culture, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the tour. His recommendations and local insights made the experience feel authentic rather than touristy. The communication before the tour was excellent, everything was well organized, and the itinerary was flexible enough to match our interests. If you're visiting Hanoi and want to experience the city beyond the usual tourist attractions, I highly recommend this tour. And if you have the chance, ask for Tom—he's an outstanding guide and made our visit truly unforgettable!
We had a very positive experience with this Hanoi Jeep Tour. The itinerary offered a great balance between culture and major highlights; we gained an interesting insight into how local people used to live and drove past all the key landmarks of the city. Although Train Street is undeniably touristy, watching the train pass remains a remarkable experience. Our tour guide, Tom, was a true asset to this experience. He was highly enthusiastic and his English was excellent, ensuring clear communication and insightful commentary throughout. The tour concluded perfectly with a traditional and flavorful Bún chả. In short: a well-organized tour that we highly recommend.
