From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. After getting off the airplane, our family was welcomed to Lily’s company rest area before starting the tour. This was truly a game changer, especially when traveling with kids. Being able to relax, freshen up, and regroup before beginning our day made such a huge difference. We visited beautiful temples and Bac Ho’s place, learned about Vietnamese history and culture, and enjoyed a delicious lunch. The entire day was comfortable, enjoyable, and perfectly organized. He was friendly, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable. He shared so much about Hanoi’s history and culture and made the tour interesting for both adults and kids. You could really tell that he loves his job and enjoys sharing Vietnam with visitors. But we especially want to recognize Stella and Lucy, who are truly incredible staff members at Lily’s company. Stella was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. She did an outstanding job setting up our tour and making sure every detail was taken care of. She was always friendly, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We had a lot of moving pieces with our family and travel schedule, but Stella made everything feel easy and organized. She gave us confidence that we were in good hands even before the tour started. Lucy was equally incredible and deserves a huge thank you. She played such an important role in making our entire day run smoothly. She made sure our driver arrived on time, our tour guide was ready, and everything was coordinated perfectly. More importantly, Lucy constantly made sure our family had what we needed throughout the trip. With kids, traveling can sometimes be unpredictable, but Lucy was always there to help, communicate, and make sure everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out to us. We had an amazing experience with Min, Mina, and the entire team. From the very beginning, everything was well organised, making our Vietnam trip completely stress-free. A special thank you to Min for patiently communicating with my husband, Megaan, answering all his questions, helping us prepare our itinerary, and giving us great suggestions throughout the trip. Our tour guides, Ca, Kevin, and Zong (or Zung, sorry if I’ve misspelled the name) were all fantastic. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we were comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout every tour. They truly made each experience enjoyable and memorable. The hotels arranged for us were also good. Although we experienced a few minor hiccups along the way, the overall stays were comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful, hassle-free holiday where all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Thank you to everyone involved for making our Vietnam trip such a memorable experience. Very well organized, full of information, restaurant was highlight, guide's sense of humor was incredible, Hanna, our guide allowed maximum time to explore.
