All'arrivo a Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence non oltre le 16:45 i clienti verranno accolti dai nostri insegnanti, rispettando ogni tipo di misura degli ultimi DL. sulla salute e accompagnati in una sala del 1700 d.c. dove spiegheremo il menù e verificheremo le allergie per accomodare tutti. Gli Chef vi seguiranno dall'inizio alla fine della classe. Ogni persona farà tutto, non è una classe dimostrazione, perciò tirate su le maniche ed iniziamo a fare i dolci, i tagli per sughi , antipasti, secondi e salse di servizio, pasta fresca fatta a mano, un bicchiere per sentirsi a casa. Dopo aver finito tutto? Finalmente si degusta tutto il menù con altrettanto vino Toscano . Alla fine di tutta l'esperienza porterete con voi il ricordo di un libretto di ricette fatte durante la classe e altrettanti trucchi degli Chef. Le lingue a disposizione sono Inglese ed italiano, possibile prenotare in tedesco e spagnolo se gli chef sono in orario per quel determinato corso. vegetariana inclusa.

Cooking class on May 13 was excellent. The booking information indicated they we would receive the recipes at the end of the class, however, the chef said that we needed to complete the review first and that they would then email the recipes. Still no recipes… :(

Everything about this experience was great! The food, the instructions, the quality and the company. The atmosphere was comfortable and the steps were easy to follow so the techniques could be used at home. Our teenage children had a blast and were made to feel a part of the process. Our visit was almost 3.5 hours and we had everything we needed for a fabulous meal! Thank you gentlemen for a lovely evening and an even better meal!

The total experience was incredible. We were 5 minutes late and we were able to participate. The instructions we understandable but the best part was we were able to take the recipies home

This cooking class was so much fun. The 4 courses really makes it better than some of the other classes. The instructors were great and the food we created was delicious !

It was so much fun and we learned a lot. We also wound up eating a delicious meal. The staff and the chefs who taught us were wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone. Be aware that there is a lot of standing while learning and preparing. The food. If you have any mobility issues I’m sure they would try to accommodate your needs. They were most helpful throughout our entire experience

It was a nice experience and good food. It is a group activity not individual. We prepared 4 different things splitting the jobs. The only individual activity was making the pasta. The chef was really nice and the recipes were easy and good. The place is nice but they have a three groups at the same time which made it a little loud.
