Dall'iconico quartiere dei magazzini in mattoni rossi ai canali tortuosi della città vecchia, esploreremo le tradizioni gastronomiche di Amburgo e gli angoli meno conosciuti, compresa una sosta nel vivace quartiere Portoghese della città. Lungo la strada, assaporerai piatti iconici da provare: caffè appena tostato nella capitale europea del caffè, piatti tradizionali marinai annaffiati con gli Schnaps in uno dei ristoranti marittimi più antichi e famosi di Amburgo, una friabile crostata Portoghese, snack di pesce sul porto, negozi di caramelle storiche, cibo di strada e altro ancora! Inizierai all'ingresso della stazione centrale di Amburgo Wandelhalle, 20099 Amburgo, Germania, questo è anche conosciuto come l'ingresso Spitalerstrasse. La nostra guida avrà un ombrello arancione e un sorriso enorme.
La tua guida ti accoglierà e ti introdurrà alla tua avventura culinaria attraverso Amburgo.
Il viaggio di un Hamburger inizia con un Frantzbrötchen - Una pasticceria alla cannella cotta con una vasta scelta di ingredienti dal cioccolato, al marzapane senza dimenticare la oh così tedesca ciliegia Kirsch. Man mano che ti godi il tuo Franztbrötchen imparerai la storia di questa prelibatezza insieme alla storia della stazione
Facciamo la nostra prima sosta in un ristorante dove sperimenterete il nostro delizioso Secret Dish accompagnato da una birra o un soft.
Sulla strada per il municipio prenderemo un Hamburger per andare a godercelo con vista sul lago Binnenalster e la sua famosa Alster Fountain.
Passeremo poi davanti a molti dei punti di riferimento chiave del centro di Amburgo, il Municipio e i canali.
Camminando accanto alle rovine iconiche di questa chiesa, bombardata dalle forze alleate durante l'Operazione Gomorra nel 1943, un ascensore consente di avere una vista panoramica della città.
Dopo aver navigato per le strade del canale, vieni ricompensato da una pepita di pesce e dalla sua salsa di remoulade. Ora è il momento del ristretto o espresso appena fatto (singolo o doppio) accompagnato dal biscotto locale vi porterà calore ed energia per il resto del nostro viaggio.
Iniziando da un dolce e finendo con un dolce, portiamo le cose a cerchio con un grande classico, il gustoso dessert RoteGrutz, gelatina di frutti di bosco rossi servita su una crema aromatizzata alla vaniglia o budino di riso

Eat, drink and walk around to known and unknown places in Hamburg. My girlfriend and I were the only ones who had booked the trip and therefore had a pleasant and more private tour around with our knowledgeable, sweet and English speaking guide David. David showed and told and was good at creating excitement and involving us in the experiences v. to let us guess, ask us to observe from different positions. The many dishes and drinks filled the stomach and was a fun and nice way to get more senses started on a walk around the diverse Hamburg. We recommend the tour, and if you are lucky you will also get David as a guide.
