8:00-8:30: ritiro nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi (distretto di Hoan Kiem). La nostra guida ti trova nella hall dell'hotel/soggiorno per iniziare il tour. Ti invieremo l'orario approssimativo in cui l'autobus e la guida arriveranno in ciascun hotel/luogo di soggiorno. Ritrovati davanti al Teatro dell'Opera per il viaggio se il tuo hotel è fuori dal centro storico
Dopo 3 ore di auto + pitstop (Si tratta di una sala di spettacolo di perle o bambù + Fattoria + Fabbrica - Non abbiamo alcun legame con esso. Basta andare a vedere le cose che ti piacciono o anche fare shopping; di solito è solo un posto per servizi igienici o una tazza di caffè)., raggiungiamo il porto crocieristico verso metà mezzogiorno. Check-in in crociera e scoprire la baia di Halong in 6 ore di tour in barca. Il biglietto d'ingresso in quanto non è incluso nella nostra tariffa. La crociera inizia insieme al pranzo e al primo posto per visitare la famosa roccia che è il simbolo di Halong. Si prega di notare : NON PORTARE acqua in bottiglia di plastica alla barca come è proibito dal governo. Se portate le vostre bevande e desiderate che siano servite nel ristorante, ci sarà un supplemento del 30% del prezzo della bevanda sul menu della barca.
Visita la migliore grotta della baia di Halong in 50 minuti. Il percorso a piedi prevede circa 200 gradini in salita e 200 in discesa insieme ad un percorso pedonale di 400 m all'interno della grotta.
Questa è una visita speciale alla laguna di 35 minuti e il modo migliore per esplorarla è andare in kayak da solo (sono necessari panni extra) o godersi una fila di barche di bambù da parte della gente locale
Visita l'isola e la spiaggia di Titov dove potrai nuotare o fare un'escursione fino alla cima della collina (400 gradini) per avere una vista panoramica della baia di Halong. Da qui iniziamo la crociera di ritorno. La crociera ritorna a riva alle 18:00 e il viaggio di ritorno alla città di Hanoi dura 2 ore e 30 minuti.
Intorno alle 20:30: ritorno al punto di partenza. Fine del giro. Ti auguriamo un bellissimo soggiorno in Vietnam.

- La baia di Halong è un'area altamente protetta e le rotte sono organizzate dal nostro governo. le crociere per tutto il giorno devono seguire rigorosamente le rotte e non possono andare dove ci piace. Quindi ci saranno molte barche che corrono nello stesso percorso e ci sono solo 2 percorsi per visitare la baia di Halong in un giorno con 4 ore e 6 ore. Il nostro staff farà sempre del nostro meglio per evitare la folla organizzando l'ordine delle attività, ma in alcuni periodi di alta stagione e fine settimana in estate ci sarà un po 'di folla.

We paid €17 per person. However, in the end, we had to pay more than double that. The stops were very crowded and the staff was not helpful. The view was great, but everything else was not so nice.

Great destination, great program, also the ship was fine and the buffet better than expected. The fact that it became a somewhat chaotic battle at the buffet cannot be blamed on the organizer. Some fellow travellers had immediately cleared the best things for their table. Negative were the excessive shopping stops on arrival and departure and the initially refused arrival of my hotel on the return journey.
The trip is poorly explain through this site. Everything was rushed and timetable wasn't clear. The stops were mostly made so you would buy stuff along the way. Halong bay is beautiful, but I don't really think the way all of this is handled, it is worth it.
The cruise itself was great. Lunch was good. We did feel pressured to buy drinks and souvenirs but card wasn’t accepted so we had to pass. Trip advisor should really mention we need to pay another $25 dollars in addition to what is purchased online. Also, there needs to be more communication about meeting spots and the time that people are picked up and the cruise leaves. There was a ton of down time and very limited communication. Would do again if communication was stronger.

Highly recommend this boat trip through some stunning scenery, one of the highlights in Thailand. Plenty of time to enjoy a drink and take in the views, with some free time and a short walk at the end.
An unforgettable experience, one of the best excursions of my life! I was incredibly lucky that day: totally clear skies, perfect light, soft atmosphere... and an absolutely adorable group. The people were all very friendly and our guide even more, kind, funny and very pro, he really gave rhythm and good energy to the day. All the activities were really nice and well organized. The only small downside: there were a lot of people. As a result, some “fast” walks take twice as long because of human traffic jams. Nothing dramatic, but you have to know. The buffet was excellent, varied and generous. However, I advise against wine, fruit and fruit drinks, clearly below the rest. Despite these little details, it was a magical day, which I recommend with my eyes closed. An excursion to live at least once in a lifetime. I understand why they call it the 8th Wonder of the World.

We signed up for the 6 hour tour not realizing it did not include the 4 hour round trip travel time, so we arrived home after the dinner hour. The transport was clean and accommodating but stopped for 30 min at a rest stop to seat you in a classroom and sell bamboo clothing products to you. We would not have chosen this selection if we were informed. HaLong Bay was crowded and incredibly busy at the 3 stops , the food was good and filling for the price
Dear Readers and Travelers, There is a big issue of economical problems in Westerns countries leading to new type of customers! We know sometimes some travelers just buy the cheapest tour option and "forget" to read the option details and use review power to gain profit. Surely they will not know what is included even it is clearly written in the voucher details. It happened for this clients making a fun fact that they have to pay for the correct option of START FROM HANOI when they only want to only pay for START FROM HALONG CITY option.
