Il mio contatto è +84935334871 La nostra guida accreditata ti incontrerà al tempio di Confucio e ti accompagnerà fino alla chiesa parrocchiale di Hoi An dove potremo assaggiare il primo piatto è Bánh Căn - un po' di frittelle vietnamite salate fatte con una sottile pastella di farina di riso. Vengono cotti su griglie all'aperto dotate di uno speciale stampo bánh căn in terracotta. Il composto viene versato nello stampo, quindi la frittella viene guarnita con uovo di quaglia e aromatizzata con sottaceti ed erbe aromatiche.
La seconda tappa è una grande sfida per l'avventuriero. È una prova facoltativa. Ti faremo provare il Balut (Embryo Duck Egg) - è un uovo fecondato che è stato tenuto al caldo per circa due settimane fino a quando il feto non si è parzialmente sviluppato, quindi viene bollito e mangiato come faresti con un "normale" uovo di pollo.
La terza tappa è wow, incredibile, l'imperdibile a Hoi An - Bánh Mì. Ti mostreremo la caccia al miglior Bánh Mì di Hoi An, dove la proprietaria gestisce l'attività da 50 anni. I suoi pani sono croccanti e la consistenza è incredibile. Facciamo uno spuntino con birra fresca qui.

We are from Australia and it was our first time visiting Vietnam and thanks to Huy we had a great time in Hoi An. We were recommended to lots of great local food and took a lot of great pictures since he knew all the best spots.
