We had to switch our reservation last minute and not only did sky pick us up at our hotel, but she was kind, personable and so fun the entire morning! The class was very knowledgeable as we went to the market first to collect ingredients and learn about Thai cuisine. The food we cooked was delicious and there was so much to eat, sky bagged the rest to take home with us! The class was one of our favorite memories of our trip and we are looking forward to cooking Thai food when we get home.

This was a truly amazing experience. Going to the market was a great way to start. The education in ingredients was very helpful. Sky and Noodle were great teachers. Very knowledgeable, organized, fluent in English, great sense of humor. The cooking instructions, the setting for cutting chopping and cooking were perfect. Go hungry as you will be able to eat what you cook!

The best part, of course, was the food—we were able to create some absolutely delicious dishes that we’re excited to try making again at home! So much fun and the food is amazing! We enjoyed the market tour, learning about staple spices used in Thai cooking. Sky was very friendly and knowledgeable. The portions of each dish we made were perfect and all of it was so tasty! 10/10 would recommend this class to anyone interested in learning Thai cooking skills.

Everything was explained clearly, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and we learned so much along the way. The food we made was absolutely delicious, and it was so rewarding to cook authentic dishes ourselves. There was also plenty of food. We were completely full by the end, and it was great that we even got to take the extra food home. If you're visiting Chiang Mai and want a fun, hands-on way to experience Thai culture and cuisine, I highly recommend this cooking class. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Super nice cooking class or in 4 hours we went through the main ingredients of Thai cuisine (there are many) how to mix them and use and cook 5 recipes we tasted. There were only 4 of us which allowed us to ask a lot of questions. I loved the experience which had the advantage of being in Chiang Mai and lasted 4 hours. I recommend

It was amazing! Sky was the teacher and she was simply outstanding! I did a half-day cooking class in Chiang Mai with Sky and three wonderful young men from Germany, and it was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we went to the local market to choose fresh ingredients, to returning to the cooking school and preparing the dishes, everything was top-notch. The food was incredible, the experience was so much fun, and we learned far more than we expected. Such a memorable morning — I highly, highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

We started at the market to learn about produce, sauces, and other ingredients. Then we had the class in which we made 5 dishes. Sky was the best instructor. We came away with the ability to try making the dishes at home. Our family will have a Thai food holiday!
