Il Lion & Safari Park si trova a 30 - 45 minuti di auto da Johannesburg, situato nella storica Culla dell'Umanità. È un’area protetta che ospita oltre 80 leoni, tra cui i famosi leoni bianchi che hanno recitato nel film “Il leone bianco”, acclamato a livello internazionale. Ospita anche ghepardi, iene, cani selvatici, varie antilopi e una torre di giraffe addomesticate. Il Lion & Safari Park offre agli ospiti una piacevole esperienza di mini-safari in una zona libera dalla malaria. Esplora oltre 600 ettari di habitat naturale dei leoni in un veicolo safari specializzato con un ranger professionista. Itinerario
Dopo il prelievo, ci dirigeremo al Lion & Safari Park, situato a nord di Johannesburg nella Culla dell'Umanità. Dopo un breve discorso sulla sicurezza, parteciperai a un safari di 2 ore nel recinto dei predatori a bordo di un veicolo safari aperto specializzato. Ritorna al centro principale per trascorrere un po' di tempo osservando i giovani cuccioli di leone e altri animali. Puoi comprare qualcosa da mangiare e da bere al ristorante Wetlands (a proprie spese) e i più piccoli potranno giocare in sicurezza nel parco giochi sorvegliato. I had a great experience at the Lion & Safari Park. It was the perfect half-day trip from Johannesburg and a great way to experience South Africa’s wildlife. The park is well organized, the facilities are clean, and everything ran smoothly. We saw lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, zebras, and several other animals, and our guide shared interesting information throughout the drive. A special thank you to the driver, Lebo, who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his positive attitude and excellent service. I would definitely recommend the Lion & Safari Park to anyone looking for a well-organized wildlife experience close to Johannesburg

Great day …had a 2 hour truck ride around the park . Saw prides of lions, including white lions. Saw zebras, wild dogs, hienas,and fed the giraffe.

My adventure began when Nicholas picked me up at my hotel. He was so kind and had a great sense of humors, putting me at easy right away as a solo traveler. When we got to the park he took us to the ticket booth and helped us get acclimated with directions. The tour itself was unreal. Being so close to lions was an experience I never thought I’d have. Our guide Masan, was full of interesting facts, funny anecdotes and gave each of us the very best experience. He took pictures for me and helped create memories I’ll have for ever. I loved this experience and wish everyone had the opportunity to go.

Highly recommend this tour! The transfer service was easy and the guide was very knowledgeable. The park was beautiful, and had a coffee shop, connivence store and restaurant. We were able to see so many animals during our drive. Def worth the trip if you are staying in Johannesburg.

This was a Very Informative and Educational experience. One gets to see the animals at a relatively close distance. Dusty, the tour guide, had many things that she had learned over 11 to 12 years of working there.
