Buyi, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and overall it was a fantastic experience! His communication was excellent, and he also very kindly sent us recommendations for our remaining days in Hangzhou. Our driver was also great and arrived early at our hotel.

We had a wonderful day touring Hangzhou with Minna. She was a really exemplary tour guide, knowledgeable and very diligent in touching on all points of interest, all the while being patient with us (both of us in our 70s!). We learnt a lot from her and her exposition of the sites we visited, especially the Lingyin temple and the Feilai Fung grottoes. As serious students of Buddhist history, we found Minna's tour significantly contributed to our knowledge. We would highly recommend her to other visitors. The gentleman who drove us around was warm, friendly and very accommodating.
Very good guide WenWen with lots of stories from Chinese legends and culture. Lake under the rain was gorgeous.
Everything was very nice. Very good organization: we received instructions in advance. Punctual driver. And a wonderful Wenwen guide who kept us busy and talked about everything in great detail.

I booked a half-day tour to discover the highlights of Hangzhou with my two teenagers (ages 13 & 15). We spent a fantastic day with Lily, our guide, and our driver. Lily helped us plan the day's visits according to our wishes. She suggested additional places to see and organized exciting, interactive visits. We had the most vivid memories there!!! Lily is knowledgeable and shared her love for Hangzhou with us, always taking care of our comfort and doing her best to help us enjoy local specialties. Our driver was great: a large and immaculate car with AC. He drove us safely and was always right on time to pick us up. Alana was our WhatsApp contact who made sure everything went smoothly between us and our guide. She followed the experience proactively from A to Z. Her online presence was very reassuring.
