I had a great experience on this trip! I would recommend it for anyone who wants to tackle the Ha Giang Loop in a smaller group. Piu was our guide and was very helpful/accommodating throughout the trip. I would do it again in a heartbeat and I plan to recommend it to my friends. Special shoutout to my driver Xuan!

I did the three day and two night trip with Hong Hao and it was genuinely the best experience. Our tour leader was Danny and his energy was so fun and always made sure he gave us historical information at each stop. My easy rider was Thắng and he made it the best experience! He was so attentive and gentle, I had only been on a motorbike a few times before and I felt so safe with him. He put a pillow down on my seat after the first leg on the first day as I presume he had noticed me adjusting as we were riding, would always come and help me take photos at each stop, would slow down a bit when I’d be on wowing at the views (which was fairly often as northern Vietnam is GORGEOUS), and when the road would get bumpy he would let me know even though he was so careful and precise that the bumpy sections never felt bad or aggressive. He even picked some fresh guava for me and had a bottle of water ready at the start of everyday, he gave me a hand to get on and off the bike every time and would always help with my helmet. All of the easy riders on my trip were so personable and genuine and when I come back to Ha Giang I will do the tour with Hong Hao again for sure. Thank you Thắng again for being my easy rider! You were such a big part of my experience! Cam un!

This is a fantastic operator for seeing the Ha Giang loop for all! Group sizes range from 7-10 (my group was 8 strong), so this is perfect if you prefer smaller groups. Each hostel had activities and drinks, though no pressure to take part, so it’s good for both party animals and those who want a quieter time. Our tour guide (Danny) was very knowledgeable about the area, explaining many areas, as well as the route each day. He was also energetic and fun, making sure we are all ok and having a good time. My easy driver (Big boy) was so lovely, making sure I was ok at all times, and was so kind. The loop itself is obviously gorgeous, with amazing views, and the tour includes stops at key areas. The roads can be quite bumpy at times, but mostly smooth on the main areas, and the easy drivers make sure you are always safe and secure. The booking fee covers tickets and entrance fees to all the stops so no surprise costs - though you will need to pay the border cost (270,000 as of august 2026) before heading out.

A magnificent experience, the service was truly fulfilled to perfection and more. They took care of every detail. The driver was very responsible, cautious, and helpful. The tour is one of the most beautiful things you can see in your life, 100% recommended. PS: it is not just the company that you have to keep in mind. Best trip ever, we for sure recomended, expert drivers, nice people and so much fun. Piu is the best and also toa that were my drivers during the experience the both understand english and they guide me for doing the best things. They always make us the favour to take photos, make jokes, taught cultural and locals things and also translate everithing we made the best choice going with them. The food is also so good and the company all nice people of all ages.

The Ha Giang Loop is a must if you have enough time in Vietnam. Unique experience, beautiful viewpoints and activities, such as swimming at the waterfall or going to a karaoke bar in the evening.

The Ha Giang Loop was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. The scenery is breathtaking, but what made the experience even better was how well everything was organised. We never had to worry about anything and could just enjoy the ride, the views, the stops, and the whole experience. A special shoutout to our guide, Piu, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. He really made the trip feel special and created such a great atmosphere throughout the Loop. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and something I would 100% recommend to anyone travelling through Vietnam. I’d do it again any day!
