Guilin: tour privato di un giorno alle terrazze di riso e ai villaggi di Longji

It was a truly beautiful day. Davide is an excellent guide who speaks Italian very well. Not only did he explain everything perfectly, but he also broadened the conversation to other really interesting aspects of China. He was very helpful, great at taking photos for us, and recommended the best viewing spots. Highly recommended!

We made a private day tour of Longji Rice Terraces from Guilin with Jenny, a "volcanic" guide from Catherine Lu Tours. She was very friendly and engaging for the group, leading us along a 2 hours hiking in the magnificent rice terraces around Ping'An. She gave us lot of cultural and historical information about the Zhuang and Yao minorities. She spoke a very good English, answering our questions and curiosities. Jenny and the driver were perfectly on time on the schedule of the tour. The restaurant where we had lunch was excellent, everybody appreciated it and Jenny gave us good suggestions about local dishes to order. I recommend Catherine Lu Tours to discover China through a unique lens!

Peter had professional communication, was very considerate of our 5 and 7year old for the travel arrangements and the options for walking. He had very good knowledge of the area and paced the hike well for our group. We especially appreciated his telling us when to stop for good photos including him taking photos for us so we could have some family shots together. Would definitely recommend this tour for an experience outside a big city on a China holiday, well worth the drive out for a day on the beautiful Mountainside.

We booked a 1 day tour of Yangshuo to see the major sites. Daisy was an amazing tour guide who was very approachable and knowledgeable of the local surroundings. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the dramatic landscapes of Yangshuo, as Daisy was very accommodating and allowed us to explore each site at our own pace. Highly recommend booking with them!

We hired a private tour in Spanish because most of our group does not speak English. Two days earlier they told us they had no guide in Spanish, so they offered us the possibility of doing it in English or returning the money. Finally we chose to do it in English, as it was very hasty to find another tour. Lily, our guide, was lovely, facilitating everything at all times.

Exceptional trip organized with Catherine Lu tour. from beijing to Xian to Guilin to Yangshuo. everytime, drivers and guide were there with us to support and follow us. the visit of the rice terraces in guilin and the mountains in yangshuo were fantastic. Lilly was our tour guide with Catherine Lu Tours in the Yangshuo region. Lilly went above and beyond for us. We could not have been better taken care of. The sights were magnificent and and everything was perfectly planned, adapted and executed. We very much enjoyed the rice terrace walks and hike, the hike up the mountains and along the river, the lunches at tasty local places, the rafting dow the river and teh biking in the country side where there were millions of butterflies. Hotel was great and dinner there too. The light show also was a wonder. Lilly took such good care of us, she even brought us banana and oranges during the tours. Lilly is a local, and knows many people on the sites, which gave us a special feeling about the experience. 5-star experience!
