Had a great tour with Elijah. He was so knowledgeable and patient with answering 5 million questions from my kids. We saw so many amazing animals and learned so much about the park. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing tour of Lamar Valley with Gabriel our guide. He was personable and informative. The tour is highly recommended.
Gabe was an outstanding guide! He was so knowledgeable and a great source of all sorts of valuable information.
Elijah our guide and driver was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the wildlife He gave us a lesson in ecology, eating habits, growing up habits, family habits of the animals The trip included scopes he brought and binoculars for others. Gave us tips on visiting Hayden Valley and Canyon Valley, as well as which geysers to visit This trip mainly just involved getting to see Wolf fighting, Gotz, Lamar Valley with the bison
Elijah was punctual, had a van stocked with everything we’d need for the day, and was extremely informative regarding all things Yellowstone. Highly recommend this tour!
Our guide Elisha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the tour. The guide (Diego) was knowledgeable, organized, and made the day enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the tour advertises visits to both Lamar Valley and Hayden Valley. In reality, you only visit one or the other depending on the day’s itinerary. While we understand that wildlife sightings and logistics can change, the advertising should be clearer and not imply that guests will see both valleys. Setting accurate expectations would make the experience even better
Thanks for the input Katherine. I’ve just updated the description of the tour to make it clear the tour can visit Lamar or Hayden individually, or both, but not necessarily always both. We focus on where activity has been greatest, which changes seasonally. Sometimes we don’t even spend the bulk of the day in either valley if activity is best somewhere else, so I hope the description makes that more clear now. -Elijah
This guided tour was the HIGHLIGHT of our family vacation. We saw two bears, wolves with wolf cubs, a bald eagle, mountain goats, elk and many more kinds of animals. We would not have been able to see this amount of animals without booking this tour. Our guide Elijah was AMAZING!!!!!! More than seeing a large amount of animals Elijah was FUN and very knowledgeable of all the animals and the park. At the end of all our annual vacations we all say what was our favorite activity ... This year all 6 people said this guided tour. BOOK THIS TOUR. Stop wasting your time looking. I am a mom who plans all of our vacations and this was one of the best all time tours we have been on as a family and my kids are adults.
Diego was great. He was very knowledgeable about the park, the past and present. Diego took us around the park where he knew animals would be or had potential of being. He never rushed us to the next spot. Diego was very considerate of what we wanted to see. The lunch was a welcomed bonus.
Excellent knowledge of the area. We had spent a day self driving and only saw a fraction of the animals we saw on the guided tour.
