Literally a cool tour with an excellent guide.

Kelly was an excellent guide. She knew her way around, explained how the caverns were formed, had much historical information, and shared many back stories of the sketches and carvings in the cave. Plus, she had a very pleasant and positive way of relating them.

Cool!

This was among one of my favorite things that we did while we were in maastrict! Our guide was very informative and engaging. One thing that I would recommend to anyone considering this to her is appropriate shoes for a small hike and a lot of walking once you’re in the caves, I also recommend bringing a sweat sweatshirt because it is a bit chilly inside the caves.

A wonderful day

It was a wondaful day were you really see the Netherlands at heart . One gets a true feel of its long History and traditions. Driving on and stopping at the dyke was an experience that shows the unlimited human ability at engineering solutions. It was great getting to feel the windmills of yester years and how wooden shoes are made at times when technology was not available. The time spent touring Giethoorn by boat and on foot was lovely to say the least. Our guide Eric was fantastic. He made sure we were comfortable at each stop despite the crowds. He was well informed and gave as a lot of details. It was indeed a wonderful day.

It was cold, but...

It was cold, but we were prepared for it. Nice experience, also for children 8-15 years. Pass long. Good guide.

Nice tour! Fresh but absolutely worth it.

We had booked this tour when it was 30+ degrees outside. After a while it got very chilly so bring a jacket or cardigan. Tour guide was a friendly man who gave room for questions and took his time. You could also visit a kind of crater after the tour. We skipped this one and sat at the restaurant where you also collect and had a drink.
