Itinerario
Insieme di giardini storici di varie epoche e relativi palazzi, alcuni del periodo Nasridi.
Sono le residenze che i diversi sultani del periodo Nasridi utilizzavano per sé e per la loro corte. Ci sono tre zone principali, indipendenti ma collegate tra loro: Mexuar, Palacio de Comares e Palacio de los Leones.
La sede più antica e quindi la prima ad essere costruita. Questo recinto, oltre a proteggere il sultano, conteneva un'intera città in miniatura per ospitare il servizio reale e la guardia del sultano.
Il più bel palazzo rinascimentale spagnolo fu costruito al centro dell'Alhambra come simbolo della vittoria dell'impero che sconfisse l'ultimo regno musulmano della penisola iberica.
Non possiamo tralasciare di visitare il Palacio del Partal, da cui prende il nome, e di contemplare lo stagno accanto e la Torre de las Damas, gli unici resti che si sono conservati di esso.

The tour is well worth the time and money. If you get a chance pick Emilo as your guide (English tour). He is not only VERY knowledgeable but paces the tour for all, which important in summer heat.
Worthwhile tour to learn history of the Alhambra. Note the meeting point is in the parking lot, at the bottom of a flight of stairs.
Marta was a great guide and we enjoyed the slow paced friendly walk. We were a small group so plenty of time to chat and take pictures. It was hot but we took breaks and didnt feel rushed at all despite the crowds.

Lots of walking. Almost 5kms. Bring lots of water. Guide was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent, knowledgeable guide, amiable, attentive to needs, open to questions, very pleasant experience. However, we bought tickets in Canada, were charged in American dollars but were not informed of this fact. Annoying, costly and underhanded. Will not use your service again.
