Il tour guidato in tuk tuk dura circa 1 ora, effettuando soste davanti ai monumenti più interessanti della città. La prima tappa sarà al Convento de la Santa, costruito sul luogo in cui nacque Santa Teresa (qui pernotteremo). minuti per vedere il patio della vecchia casa, la Basilica all'interno e la casa natale del Santo e stanza delle reliquie) proseguiremo verso l'Humilladero de los Cuatro Postes facendo un'altra discesa per poter visitare il monumento e vedere una vista panoramica unica dell'intera città (saranno 10 minuti) ed una 3° sosta con discesa a Lienzo Nord del Muro dove sarà possibile scattare foto davanti ad uno degli scorci più caratteristici del Muro (sosta di circa 5 minuti). Tutto questo accompagnato dall'audioguida e dai commenti dell'autista. Oltre a quanto menzionato vedremo più di 12 monumenti e luoghi tra cui il Convento della Encarnación che si trova un po' più lontano.

Una delle prime fermate sarà alla porta delle mura chiamata Alcázar poiché lì si trovava l'Alcázar di Ávila, che non è sopravvissuto al passare del tempo. Di fronte si trova la Plaza de Santa Teresa, famosa anche per essere lì la Chiesa romanica di San Pietro
Faremo una breve sosta senza scendere alla Puerta del Rastro situata nel Lienzo meridionale del Muro, dove vedremo una fantastica vista del famoso Paseo del Rastro e dall'altro lato della Valle d'Ambles ed entreremo l'interno delle Mura per conoscere il palazzo di Avila
Il Palazzo Dávila è il primo palazzo che troviamo non appena attraversiamo la Puerta del Rastro, oltre ad essere uno dei palazzi più antichi della città del XIII secolo, risalta la sua galleria panoramica sopra la porta del muro. A questo punto ci fermiamo davanti ma senza scendere.
Un altro dei palazzi più interessanti della città del XVI secolo è il Torreón de los Guzmanes, dove è stato installato un fantastico museo dei Vettones, antichi coloni di queste terre. L'ingresso al museo non fa parte del tour, insieme a questo palazzo vedremo altri due palazzi di cui racconteremo anche la loro storia, che sono Superunda e Alamarza
Una delle tappe del tour è la Basilica del Santo costruita sulla casa natale di Santa Teresa, entreremo e visiteremo la Chiesa, vedremo un patio dell'antica casa e il letto natale di Santa Teresa situato in una bellissima cappella , visiteremo anche la stanza delle reliquie dove si trova il famoso dito incorrotto di Santa Teresa, il tutto accompagnato dalle spiegazioni della nostra guida.Da qui partiremo per il Mirador de los Cuatro Postes.
La seconda fermata del tour è al famoso Mirador de los 4 Postes, dove vedremo una delle viste panoramiche più belle del mondo, vedendo come il Muro abbraccia l'intera città.Visiteremo il Monumento dei 4 post e questo posto è dove si trovano i testi di Ávila e così potrai aumentare l'album fotografico.
Passeremo accanto alla Chiesa e al Convento di La Encarnación e ascolterai la storia di questo luogo, ci fermeremo ma senza scendere. Durante la visita non è possibile entrare al Museo
Dal Convento di La Encarnación alla fermata successiva, che è la Puerta de San Vicente e la Cattedrale, vedremo la Tela Nord del Muro e racconteremo la sua favolosa storia.
All'interno dell'itinerario del tour passeremo davanti alla Cattedrale di Ávila chiamata Cattedrale del Salvatore, qui passeremo e ascolteremo le spiegazioni dell'audioguida e i commenti dell'autista-guida, c'è tempo per scattare foto ma senza scendere dal tuk tuk. Non è possibile visitare la Cattedrale durante questo tour.
Faremo una breve sosta per vedere la famosa Plaza de Mercado Chico, se il tuo tour coincide con venerdì potrai vedere il suo mercato del venerdì dove i produttori della zona vengono a vendere i loro prodotti, questo mercato risale al XV secolo da quando i Re Cattolici concessero alla città l'istituzione di un libero mercato.
Un'altra delle fermate con Bajada è a Puerta del Carmen, dove troveremo un'altra delle migliori viste panoramiche del Muro in cui vediamo l'intera tela settentrionale e uno splendido paesaggio. Luogo molto emblematico poiché è una delle immagini del Muro più frequentemente pubblicate.
Sosta davanti ad una delle chiese romaniche meglio conservate d'Europa, con un'illuminazione notturna perfetta.

It is half the price if you don't book with this site and we booked a tour in English but the guide didn't want to use the audio and preferred to only speak in Spanish since we had a group from Spain at the same time. We ended early before the 1 hour mark.

Regarding the language, on shared tours like yours, when there are groups of different nationalities, the guide relies on the audio guide available in multiple languages (including English) while speaking live in one language — in this case Spanish, as it coincided with a group from Spain. This way, all participants receive the information in their own language through the audio, regardless of which language the guide is speaking at any given moment. Amazing way to see the main sites of the city. It helped that it was an absolutely gorgeous and sunny day, while not being too hot. The audio was in English and the guide added flavor and commentary. Julio was wonderful and even helped us find churros at the end of the tour.
A very pleasant guide… he let us stop long enough to take beautiful photos.
I went into Viator to look for Tuk Tuk tours in Segovia, Spain. The search results showed several things to do in Segovia, so I assumed everything listed was actually located there. I found a Tuk Tuk tour and booked it. The next day, when I checked the meeting point and time, I realized the tour was actually in a different town. I immediately contacted the tour guide to cancel and said I’d be happy to take a credit and rebook something in Segovia. I never received a response. I then contacted Viator and opened a support ticket. They emailed me a ticket number, and that’s where the communication stopped. I’ve followed up three times with no reply. This has been very disappointing and feels like poor customer service. I’ve used Viator on our annual trips to Europe and have always had great experiences, which makes this even more frustrating. If Viator is going to offer customer support, they need to actually follow through. A suggestion for Viator: please strengthen your customer service team. Also, when someone searches for activities in a specific city, there should be a clear pop‑up if the item they select is actually located in a different city. That simple alert would prevent situations like this and help customers avoid booking something outside the area they intended.

We loved the ride, we learned a lot, we saw everything characteristic and the very friendly driver!! We got pretty short the time we hired and would definitely recommend it
The tour was fine, the driver very friendly, but it was not what I expected, the vehicle very old and quite uncomfortable. I think the price is not in line.
