Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Very enjoyable tour and the walking between breweries was pretty light. Great selection of Kölsch bier and interesting to taste and discuss the nuisances between each brewery. Fun for both an experienced beer drinking as well a novices.

So much fun and learned slot of history of beer at the same time! Our guide was amazing! Went to 4 different places and got to enjoy beer at each place.
It ended up being just our group of 6 with our guide Marina. It was a crowded Saturday afternoon in town, but Marina got us right in each location and made us feel like VIP’s. Great history information, great beer, great time. Highly recommend Marina!

Our group of four met our guide Marina at the designated spot at 3:30PM on a Friday afternoon in April, along with a spirited bachelor party group of eight from Northern England. Let the fun begin. Our tour took us through the Old Town visiting four traditional and historically interesting beer houses. Marina deftly managed to get us into each of these venues in spite of the growing number of guests celebrating the first signs of Spring; it was a beautiful day! Her depth and breadth of knowledge about Cologne and Kolsch was exceptional. She truly has a passion for her adopted city, as well as Kolsch. She nimbly kept our two groups together and on task as we wandered from one to the next in a very intentional, relaxed manner. The time ran a little longer than posted (not a bad thing!) but our group was never rushed and everyone was allowed to enjoy the tour time at each beer house. Would highly recommend this tour for a quick immersion in Kolsch culture, but perhaps would have liked to partake in the gastronomic experience if we had more time in Cologne.
We had a great time with Martin, a funny guy, great story teller, a true local that knows everything about Koln and kolsch beer. We did the 18h30 tour, that was supposed to end at 21h00, but ended at 23h00. I strongly advise that you eat before going to the tour. I definitly recommend the kolsch crew brauhaustour and i would do it again for sure.
