Il tempio di Angkor Wat, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, è l'attrazione più visitata della Cambogia ed è ancora più magnifico sotto il sole nascente. In questo tour per piccoli gruppi, alzati presto per ammirare l'alba su Angkor Wat, quindi approfitta del clima più fresco e della minore folla per esplorare i templi circostanti. Poi, visita Angkor Thom, ammira la Porta di Bayon e scopri il Tempio di Bayon. Faremo una pausa per la colazione in un punto vicino all'area del tempio prima di visitare il tempio buddista di Ta Prohm (conosciuto da Tomb Raider), dove enormi radici di alberi crescono attraverso le strutture. Infine, ci fermeremo al Tempio di Banteay Kdei prima di tornare in hotel.

Il Bayon è un tempio Khmer riccamente decorato legato al buddismo ad Angkor in Cambogia. Costruito alla fine del XII o all'inizio del XIII secolo come tempio di stato del re Jayavarman VII, il Bayon si trova al centro della capitale di Jayavarman, Angkor Thom
Ta Keo è un tempio-montagna ad Angkor, forse il primo ad essere costruito interamente in arenaria dall'Impero Khmer.
Ta Prohm è il nome moderno del tempio di Siem Reap, in Cambogia, costruito in stile Bayon in gran parte tra la fine del XII e l'inizio del XIII secolo e originariamente chiamato Rajavihara.
Porta della città risalente al XII secolo con facce scolpite e figure in pietra che fiancheggiano una strada rialzata.

Vone was amazing and made our experience absolutely magical. He shared a plethora of in depth knowledge about the political and religious history of the site and shared his own family’s experience which was a blessing. He also showed us all the best locations for pictures and led the tour opposite to the typical tourist flow to ensure no temples were overcrowded while we were there.

This was SUCH a fun tour! Vone was an incredible tour guide who gave us just the right amount of information and history at each stop. He was so funny and really made the whole tour group feel like a family! We had plenty of time at each temple and learned a whole lot while seeing such beautiful places. I couldn’t recommend more!

Did the sunrise tour and it was so worth it. Got to see the sun come up from behind angkor wat and then went to go explore inside and see some of the other temples in the area such as Bayon temple and Ta Promh temple. I learnt a lot about the history behind all these places through our amazing guide and helped us get great pictures as well. Every time we went back to the bus they also gave us ice cold water to keep us hydrated since it was very hot. Would 100% recomend

I went on the Angkor wat sunrise tour. We got to see three other temples as well and had a stop for lunch (food not included). The Angkor visit pass is not included in the prize, however it was possible to buy on the way there with the help of the tour guide if you haven’t bought it online already in advance. Our guide Vone took great care of us and contributed with a personal and fun guiding experience plus photos for those who wanted to. Also a lot of bottled water was provided which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time looking at all the historical temples and learnt a lot of key facts about each temple and the history behind them. Our tour guide Vone was excellent and made good jokes.
