Groovy Galveston Caccia al tesoro

What a fun time… we have lived in the Houston area for the last 8years and been to Galveston many times but had no idea of some of the places we saw. Was so much fun gathering new fun facts. We visited places we would have never visited but so thankful we did. We learned many things.

the Scavenger Hunt is so much fun and I will be doing it again in other cities they offer for sure. Had a tour guy via WhatsApp that was amazing and so helpful. We got to see things we probably never would have on our own.

We're frankly disappointed and a bit irritated. It's clear that most of the businesses don't know about this scavenger hunt. It put us and the businesses in a very awkward position. One question asked about the owners cats... and she told us two of them died and they don't like being asked about them. E stopped after the 3rd business complained to us about it. We also would have appreciated a heads up about having to pay parking.

This is a great way to explore Galveston! We saw a lot of cool spots that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Definitely worth it and will check out other cities. My only suggestion is splitting the leader board into cities.

It was so much fun we interacted with the locals and learned plenty of new places in galveston i would recommend it.

This hunt was active & fun! We learned A LOT about Galveston while we laughed trying to figure out the stops through the clues. You need to be comfortable interacting with some shop owners for "help" - we found everyone to be super kind. The virtual host was helpful and kept us motivated. It's important to know that your captain must have a fully charged phone and can navigate the clues through WhatsApp as this is how the host communicates and how the map is sent. Our family enjoyed our 2 hours! We found the need to drive to portions of the hunt (due to the weather) and there is a lot of walking between a few clues which we expected~Just info for those with mobility needs. We will use this company again!

It was a fun time. You get out of it what you put into it. The more we interacted with people the more we learned and the more interesting it was. Look forward to doing it again in a different city.

This was a great opportunity to see spots we would not have known to look for without the scavenger hunt. I recommend doing it in the order provided and not the reverse order.

My daughter and I had a blast running around Galveston. Checking out the shops and finding out a lot about the history of Galveston. Doing the challenges were fun too.

This was our only fail in Galveston. Maybe if we’d gone earlier in the week before we’d already seen most everything on the hunt, it might have been more entertaining. Several shop keepers mentioned that it needs to be updated.
