Göreme Panorama si trova esattamente a 2 km dal centro di Göreme. Puoi goderti la vista unica su una panchina o una sedia. La vista sulla strada Göreme Uçhisar è all'estremità della valle di Güvercinlik. Da qui si può vedere il monte Erciyes, che è la montagna più magnifica della regione con un'altezza di 3917 metri. È uno dei punti fotografici più belli della Cappadocia, che rivela il panorama di Erciyes e la magnifica Pigeon Valley.

Derinkuyu Underground City è un'antica città a più livelli situata a Derinkuyu, nella regione della Cappadocia in Turchia. Scolpito in profondità nella roccia vulcanica, si estende per circa 60 metri (200 piedi) sottoterra e un tempo poteva ospitare fino a 20.000 persone, tra cui il loro bestiame e provviste. Si ritiene che sia stata costruita già nell'VIII secolo a.C. e ampliata nel corso dei secoli, la città comprende pozzi di ventilazione, cucine, chiese, ripostigli e persino una scuola. È stato utilizzato principalmente come rifugio durante i tempi di guerra o di invasione.
La valle di Ihlara è un fantastico canyon con una profondità di circa 100 metri e circa 10 km. lunghezza che si è formata dall'attività vulcanica del Monte Hasan e dall'erosione del fiume Melendiz centinaia di migliaia di anni fa. Uno dei migliori viaggi secondari dalla Cappadocia.

Ricavato in una spettacolare scogliera, questo antico monastero un tempo fungeva da importante centro spirituale e difensivo, offrendo uno spaccato della vita paleocristiana con le sue chiese, alloggi e ampie vedute sulla valle circostante.

The Green Tour with our guide, Jacob, was absolutely incredible. The route was exceptionally well designed, and Jacob thoughtfully planned each stop to help us avoid the crowds as much as possible. His storytelling is very engaging—he is clearly knowledgeable, passionate about what he does, and did a fantastic job of sharing the history of Cappadocia with us. Before this trip, I thought I would only visit Cappadocia once. Now, I’m already planning to come back with friends and family—and hopefully, I’ll be lucky enough to join another tour with Jacob!
