Aperto ai viaggiatori singoli! Un itinerario per scoprire due magnifici borghi del Luberon, tra cui Gordes, che conserva intatto il patrimonio del suo passato agricolo e artigianale (mercato locale il martedì). Durante il viaggio, visiterete l'abbazia di Sénanque, risalente al XII secolo, un luogo di pace immerso nella lavanda da giugno a luglio. Successivamente, raggiungerete Roussillon, un borgo famoso per la lavorazione dell'ocra, e il suo antico sito di estrazione trasformato in un percorso pedonale, che potrete visitare (ingresso incluso), per poi passeggiare tra le pittoresche vie del borgo e godervi una pausa pranzo in totale libertà. La giornata si concluderà a Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, dove potrete scoprire le rinfrescanti e gorgoglianti acque della Sorgue, un fiume affascinante e cristallino, e ammirare le tecniche tradizionali di produzione della carta di stracci, come avveniva nel XV secolo. Attenzione: questo percorso richiede un livello di forma fisica adeguato per camminare, inclusa la capacità di salire e scendere le scale.

Passeggiata lungo il fiume per ammirare le acque della Sorgue (l'accesso al baratro è temporaneamente chiuso per rischio di caduta massi). Passaggio attraverso la tradizionale cartiera alimentata da un mulino ad acqua.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I booked this small-group van tour months ago, looking forward to exploring the Provence towns. On the morning of the trip, we arrived at the meeting spot on time, only to be told the guide was running 15 minutes late. After waiting, we received a notice that the tour was canceled without any explanation. Only after I asked did they mention a car accident. A reliable tour company should have a backup plan for emergencies. They didn’t just waste our time and energy; they ruined our entire day. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this unreliable operator.
Dear Madame Hong, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for the cancellation of your tour. I completely understand your disappointment, especially after you had planned your day around this excursion with your friends. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected mechanical problem with the vehicle I had arranged for the tour, I was unable to operate the excursion safely. As a small independent operator, I had no suitable replacement vehicle available at such short notice, and cancelling the tour was the only responsible decision. You contacted the Tourist Office and I talked to the agent who was in front of you finding a arrangement and solution for you, I gave him different options and possibilities in the hope of finding an alternative for your group. So I find out that nothing could be offered by the tourist office, even though they are connected with a multitude of drivers, guides, service providers, and agencies. I am sincerely sorry to learn that no similar tour was available that day. I understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and I regret that your visit did not go as planned. While this situation was entirely exceptional, I fully appreciate the inconvenience it caused. Thank you again for your feedback, and I wish you all the best for your future travels. We took this Provence Excursions tour with Florine. She was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and full of commentary throughout entire day. Tour was well paced. It was a friendly, enjoyable day for us all. There was enough time for a relaxed pace lunch as well. This was our favorite sightseeing experience out of three during our time in Avignon.

We had a lovely touring day with Florine. She is very knowledgeable about the area, pleasant and engaging. She arrived promptly with her car and took us on a lovely tour; she timed our visits well and we had ample time to stroll through the towns, take photos, shop. I would highly recommend this tour!

We loved our day exploring Gordes, Roussillon and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse! Florine was very friendly, relaxed and informative. I learned a lot about the history of this region. Florine responded very quickly to our messages and picked us up right next to our accommodation, which made it much easier for us. I really appreciated her patience: she spoke French with me and moved easily to English, which allowed my 13-year-old daughter to understand and feel comfortable. I highly recommend this excursion!
