Compared to other trips this trips seemed to be more budget, less organised and more of a follow me trip. No real instruction, no guidance, just be here at this time if not we go without you. Got to the pier 1 hour before and was told to sit in an area with not fans, air con and no refreshments and when asked was told to go to the 7-eleven on the corner! Long walk in the mid day sun along the pier yo the boat which had my parents been with us would not have been able to walk. DO NOT DO THIS TRIP IF YOU ARE UNSTEADY ON YOU FEET as the pier is plastic and very unsteady and very hot on the island Guide gives no information on how long the boat ride would be, life jacket information, how to use the snorkeling mask, how deep water is, no safety inspections nothing! we were ok but some people struggled. We booked paragliding but was told my husband was too heavy as max weight was only 80kg plus don’t add to the trip as you can do on the island for 900. Island was lovely, food and drinks weren’t expensive at all, but I felt there was not enough time on half day tour if you go snorkeling 12.35 departure, 12.48 arrive on island, meet at 13.30 for snorkeling, back on island at 14:35, then back on the boat at 15.35, arrive back at pier at 16.05 Plus points, water and sodas available on the boat just not at the departure pier

However, based on your experiences stating: "No real instruction, no guidance, just be here at this time; otherwise, we go without you," and "The guide gives no information on how long the boat ride would be, life jacket information, how to use the snorkeling mask, how deep the water is, no safety inspections—nothing! We were okay, but some people struggled." I will inform the tour manager about this so that the guides can provide clearer explanations to customers. I will also check the name of the guide on that day and file a complaint with the operator team regarding their negligence. Regarding the next point, "no fans, air conditioning, and no refreshments," since the pier and surrounding areas are open-air check-in points operated by the government, there is no air conditioning. However, I will suggest the tour company improve this by adding fans for customers. I also agree that the convenience store is quite far from the check-in area. It might not be suitable for those who have difficulty walking. Furthermore, regarding the parasailing activity, there are requirements for participants, which are specified in the Product option details - Additional Tour/Activity. Please select the booking option. The Parasailing activity is for individuals aged 10-60 years old, with a maximum weight of 80 kg, and who are not under the influence of alcohol. Due to the tour's focus on budget, only bottled water is provided. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. I hope you have a wonderful time in Phuket!
Easy, relaxed, open, without a strict agenda. Just went to the beach on Coral Island and hung out doing what we wanted. Boat ride was uncomplicated and quick.
