Great value for the price. Used it for a day trip to Key West from Miami. Easy to use and allowed me to do a bunch of activities.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !! , paid for the 3 day all inclusive pass , when buying i stated the dates I would be in Miami , and it also stated on the app that the pass starts from first scan , when we arrived we booked 3 tours on the first day they all went well , on the second we tried scanning on a boat trip it said we had used the 3days as we had a pre booked tour on the app that we didn’t attend and they said this was on a date we wasn’t even in Miami or the country , I rang customer service and they was so rude , and no help at all , we had to pay another £150 for the boat trip , I’ve got back to the uk and currently on a chargeback with my bank ,
it was a great time too much to see in such a small amount of time saw the Miami Aquarium and went to the riverboat tour as well as the duck tour.

Cuban Sandwich and drink in little Havana doesn’t work. According to the cafe employee, they no longer cooperate with city go, lost time and money for parking.

Good experience for Key West, Seaquarium and the Big Bus in the evening. On the other hand for the cruise of millionaires, it is unpleasant iper, especially with the company present that makes you believe that you have won a prize (cruise, travel, etc) by extracting $40 and asking you to come meet them for 120 minutes to listen to them sell you “bad dreams”. Go City should not be associated with this company that scams in this activity. Really not nice!

We had fun in Miami and thanks to the pass we were able to see many things and attractions and did really funny experiences (like the salsa lesson). The pass always worked perfectly, we had no problems.

The all inclusive pass is an efficient and affordable way to see the city of Miami. With access to the most important spots around and using the hop on hop off bus as a means to get around these places. The entry into each attraction is super easy, they just scan your pass and that’s it. I went solo and this pass was a soft landing for me.

Activities like the Kennedy Space Center take a whole day to enjoy and touring everything, added to 6 hours of driving, means you have to get up too early and you are very late. Like Seaquarium or Miami Zoo, you have to run a lot to take advantage of them and enjoy them. The Gocity service without complaints or problems to use tickets, the problem is that you really have to design the itinerary very well to take advantage of the activities by car distances. Impossible to use with public transport as the distances are enormous and too much time would be lost. You have to get up very early and have a rental car

It was really good experience with GoCity, but I would like to suggest to add some good activities to all inclusive pass in key west and also some more valuable activities in Miami city. But overall it was good cost saving pass.

It is a useful tool to give you a discount and info - motivation - to see places you wouldn’t go and visit otherwise. Not as comprehensive in Miami as it was in Chicago though.
