We started our day from the hotel after the operations team contacted us about the pickup, which made us feel very reassured as everything was well organized. Our guide Yasmin and the driver were very friendly. I didn’t even know it was my colleague’s birthday, but they surprised us with a small birthday celebration during a stop at a souvenir shop—such a special moment that showed how much effort was put into every detail. The weather was quite hot, which is normal in Egypt, but everything went smoothly. There were no crowds at the tickets, and our guide had direct access, so we skipped a long line. The panorama experience with photos and camel riding was absolutely breathtaking. We ended the day in a calm, peaceful atmosphere away from the city noise, which felt very romantic. Thank you so much.
