We had the absolute BEST experience on our 4-day private tour in Bali, thanks to our incredible guide Ms Sagita ! From the moment we met her, she greeted us with the warmest smile and had such a kind, welcoming personality that instantly put us at ease. She is not only extremely knowledgeable about Balinese culture and traditions, but she also shared stories and insights that made every stop so much more meaningful. We learned so much with her everyday! She went above and beyond in every way—surprising us with local Balinese snacks to try, and what truly meant the world to me was her helping arrange a beautiful birthday cake and the most romantic candle lit dinner in the evening!! My husband and I was so touched by how caring she was ! She was always making sure every detail of our trip was perfect. We loved that she was readily there to take pictures of us throughout the tour and even took candids us as we are enjoying our experiences. Her pictures came out amazing and we love looking back at them! Her patience and thoughtfulness really stood out, and she made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. What we loved the most was her ability to recommend hidden gems and fun off-the-beaten-path spots we never would have found on our own. Every day felt like a new adventure, and we always looked forward to where she would take us next. This trip to Bali was unforgettable, and a huge part of that is thanks to her. Bagus was excellent! He was patient and punctual. He was always giving us advice on what places were best for tourists to go and helped us move through heavy traffic areas without compromising the times and the beautiful places we visited.
