They did not provide a tour Guide for us during the trip, even though we had signed up for a private tour with an English-speaking guide. In addition, when we arrived in Marrakesh, the driver told us we had to book the garden ticket online. When we tried to do so, it was all sold out. As a tour agency I think they should have sent us a link where to purchase the ticket in andvance and told us that is the only way to get the ticket. When we got to the places to visit they just dropped us off and pointed where we should go instead of taking us to the entrance. Some of the sites we had to figure out where the entrance was by looking at the google map. Additionally, we were unable to visit one of the sights due to poor planning, as the palace was closed when the driver was supposed to take us. This was nothing but a transportation service. The owner refused to answer why they did not provide the tour guide.

Achraf offered us an amazing day. We reserved his car to Marrakesh from Casablanca. His driving is very comfortable and safe. In Marrakesh, he drove us to various attractions, always patient, adaptive, and super polite. The driving wasn’t always easy since some alleys are quite narrow and packed with cars the people, but he’s very experienced and handled all situations very capably. It was extremely pleasant with his accompany, resulting in a day beyond expectation.

We had an incredible private day trip to Marrakech and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and thoughtfully organized. The company was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy. Our driver was excellent, punctual, safe, and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. We mentioned what we were hoping to see, eat and experience and he and the driver customized the itinerary for us. What stood out most was the hospitality. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable day. It felt personal, not just like a standard tour. If you’re considering a private trip to Marrakech, I highly recommend this experience. It was worth every moment.

We had the chance to be accompanied by Yassin during our stay in Casablanca and Marrakech, and we could not hope for better. It is very serious, reliable and always available. I write to praise the driver Youness. We learned that the tour to Marrakech had been arranged, unknown us, without a guide. Youness arranged it quickly , with the support of his boss , the tour for us . He found a tour guide and designed an excursion for us immediately. Through the day he was attentive, and showed us all he could from the car. On the way back to Casablanca, he played a phenomenal version of Ravel’s Bolero and shared an authentic Moroccan meal with us . Excellent Youness . Thank you very much .

Youness our driver came in 30 min late because he substituted our original driver that got into an accident. He was great, and knowledgeable, he let us customize our program the way we want it. With this tour, we experience to dine Moroccan style and hammam. It was long and tring but all worth it.

Grateful that I chose this private day trip to Marrakech from Casablanca. There are many choices in this category, and I selected this one due to the length (approx. 12 hours) and the proposed itinerary. The experience with Youness as the driver was extraordinary, and I extended the tour because of the great service and experience. The vehicle was new, super clean, air conditioned and comfortable, a must for the time we spent in transit. Youness is a very skilled driver, and navigated the many obstacles in old Medina Marrakech with expertise. He speaks English, French, Arabic, Berber fluently, along with the ability to communicate in other languages.
